The experience of having a roof installation can be stressful. However, the entire team at Jersey Roofing made the entire process easy and calm. From the sales team to the installation, and customer service, everyone was helpful and responsive. The installation crew and foremen were knowledgeable and kept the team on schedule working into darkness. Clean up was amazing. No debris was left overnight or the next day. Nails were vacuumed, even attic spaces were vacuumed. I can not say enough about Minn!!!! When customer service is no longer valued, she exemplifies what it means to put the customer first. She answered all my questions (no matter how trivial) with respect and kindness. She was extremely responsive dispatching a team (prior to the installation) when I had a ice damming leak She kept us inform throughout the installation process. If I could give them 10 stars I would. GREAT JOB!!

Dean came out and provided us with an estimate for crawl space encapsulation. He came highly recommended by my brother who had previously used Alpha Foundations to do the encapsulation for his crawl space after experiencing water intrusion from Hurricane Helene. Dean was very knowledgeable. Tyler, Tristan, and Greg completed the encapsulation. They were fantastic! The installation took a little more than a day. We received text notifications both mornings when they were on their way and again when they arrived. They were friendly and professional and took pride in their work. It was a pleasure working with Alpha Foundations and their crew.

Will, Adam and Ober, come out on the scheduled date and got right to work, as things went along they identified some ways to improve the initial solution, we talked about it, I appreciate the opportunity they took to improve my situation. Without delay they charged straight ahead with the new plan and actually saved me a few dollars in the process. Will and Adam's explanation of each and every step of the project was perfect. They did fantastic work and were super helpful and communicative. I highly recommend this company and these 2 employees for any jobs you need.
