Working with Groundworks has been a smooth, easy process. We bought our house in April 2025, with the work done on our basement prior to use purchasing it. It was time for our annual maintenance and our technician, Jeff Schroeder, was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what was all done to our basement and why. He walked us through the process of what was needed to stop water from coming into our basement. He was so patient and helpful in getting everything scheduled and approved and answered any question we had! We would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone!

The two crews both arrived on time and worked continuously until their project was completed. I had my driveway lifted one week and a drain installed across the bottom of the driveway the next week. At completion the team leader went out of his way to answer all my questions and to clarify the warrantee covering my projects. The crew left the area clean and ready for use, removing all the debris.

I had a rent house come vacant and am in process of doing some repairs to get it ready to sell. I noticed some cracks in the stemwall on one side of the house. I contacted Groundworks to inspect it. A gentleman named Dylan came by and did a thorough inspection and gave me a proposal for peering the wall. I signed a contract and gave him a deposit. The next day he called me to inform me that it would be over two months out. I told him I had a problem with the timeline and he said he would see if anything could be done to shorten the lead time. In the meantime I contacted another company and they said they could do the work quickly and gave me a quote. Groundworks came back with a start date much quicker. The other company's proposal was much cheaper. Groundworks warranty and quality of product is very impressive but since I am selling the property keeping the cost down I important. If it were going to be my long term home I would have gone with them. The other company I chose was highly recommended. I would give Groundworks a 5 star rating. They are great to work with.

I was trying to sell my home and, upon receiving an inspection, found I had a bowed wall in my basement. I called Groundworks. Sergio Robles came to my house with his equipment. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained and demonstrated the problem so I could understand what needed to be done. The price he quoted was very reasonable so I signed up to have the work done. A couple weeks later a crew came out. It included Emanuel V, Luis V, and SaAung P. They also were very pleasant. They worked efficiently and had the job done quickly. They had to cut out drywall and I was very happy that they cleaned everything up. The dirt outside was put back and the house looks great inside and out. Thank you Groundworks for a job well done.

I just had a foundation stabilization done by FSS/Groundwork. From the inspection/estimate completed by Joshua, who was very thorough and explained the process and options to me in a way I could understood, to the crew who came and completed the job, I am very pleased. Mike, the foreman for my job, kept me up-to-date on his arrival each day, was very pleasant and informative of what they were going to do,the equipment they would be using and his crew, Elyas and David, were also very pleasant and didn't mind me checking on them and observing how the push-pins are pushed into the ground to reach bedrock. Each day, of only two days to complete the job, they cleaned up and when the finished on the second day, left things all cleaned up where I can hardly tell they were there! Highly recommend!

Groundworks was great to work with. I had a leak in my basement and Jeremy from Groundworks came to my home and clearly explained what they would do. The cost was less than their competitors. Emanuel and Luis installed everything and they were very professional, communicated well, and did an excellent job. Emanuel asked me often if I had any questions and he kept me informed as to all the steps in the process. He and Luis worked diligently all day and were able to complete the project in one day. They tested the sump pump to make sure it worked and a few days after they left, we got rain and I had NO water in my basement. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Groundworks.

All heroes don’t were capes. But I now know three amazing people that do Zachary H. , Micheal H,.and Paul L. Definitely do. They save us they found a gas leak on the first day. Call the gas company and for everything shut off before it had gotten and could had be deadly. We were able to get a Plumm out to find two major leaks. Once everything was fixed and cleared. They were back at it with communication, smile, and extremely professional. They educated us on what was going through the hole installation. The made sure that everything was nice and neat and that now parents won’t have the added health hazard of home that doesn’t support there life goals and healthcare needs. They also did not know that they absolutely restored faith in contractors and tradesmen. Due to bad experiences with other companies. My parents are very happy that nearly impossible to hit. They definitely over delivered and we can thank them enough for the best experience in over a decade. They install was seamless even with hiccup from the gas leaks. They help keep us calm and focused throughout the repair. The gas company was even impressed by the progress they made in the short amount of time before they had to stop. They were so patient with parents make sure that they understood everything. No matter how many times they were asked the same questions. Reframing their explanations until they grasp it and were comfortable. They were honest about the solution that work best for my parents house and let us know of any possible problems. And how cherish when people don’t present problem without at least a possible solutions. Thank you so very much. Looking forward to to see you soon help out our Neibors make their homes healthier , protecting their investments and legacy, and the added benefit of saving them money. Groundworks came out to our rural location after we had been experiencing some issues with getting a radon system installed from a different company. Though GW does not install radon medication systems, I was pleasantly surprised to learn that their system is far superior and can drastically reduce radon at the root, not just move it around our house. Kyle and Danny went above and beyond with a full inspection and showed in understandable terms the data they collected about our property. I appreciate the 5 year system where we can track if there is any settlement with our foundation over the years, and there were three diff pricing options which I appreciated. Very clear concise and trustworthy. They were recommended to me thru family, and I also recommend them to others looking for permanent solutions for foundation problems.

I hired this company to clean out my crawl space and install a sump pump system. The whole crew was outstanding – prompt, polite, and professional. I had to revise the original work order to remove a second job of doing a house jack lift, and the change ended up causing an error on the revised work order – one of the parts for the sump pump system (remote alarm) had not been applied to the new work order even though it was not removed in the change order. Luckily I had asked about it as they were wrapping up. The foreman Mkowma was an absolute rock star – he literally went out of his way to resolve the issue. Since they didn't have the part on the truck, he personally drove back out to my home at the end of his work day and quickly installed the part and showed me how to use it. I did wish I was shown "after" pictures of the finished work but I forgot to ask about it. However the pump is working great and there was already a noticeable improvement in the air quality inside the home the next day.

The Groundworks crew did a great job in stabilizing my foundation. They worked really hard over 2 days, until 8:00pm in the dark. They also cleaned up well before departing. Overall I was very pleased with their work and attitude and would certainly recommend Groundworks for this type of project.

Daniel Cippone my service technician was at my house today doing a wonderful job on my sump pump maintenance . I needed a new battery so it was installed and now I will have 2 visits per year instead of one with a new 5 year package deal where I will save money and my sump pump will loved being cleaned. Great job Daniel and Groundworks. Daniel was very nice to talk to and explained everything . He will be my Technician from now on. Yay.

They also take the time to explain what the problem is and why they're proposing a specific solution which is not something you normally get. The actual demolition and installation of those measures by Steve, James, and Sean was also fantastic, including the minor adjustments that needed to be made from the original estimate based on necessary adjustments to the plan and professional yet friendly communication throughout.
