Jeremy got done with the job ahead of us and called to see if he could come early. When he got to our place he explained what he was going to do and did it in a timely manner. He was professional and explained everything so we could understand. While he was in the crawl space inspecting the columns he took pictures of the crawl space and showed them to us. I wouldn't mind if he came back for the next inspection.

I was expecting a bright white filler (based on the tv commercial), but Josh used a filler closer to the color of concrete, then blended sand. The result was a much more natural look. Tom provided an extremely thorough, detailed inspection of the entire underground structure, which included diagrams, staying well past normal business hours to ensure no details were missed. The entire team was professional, hardworking, and incredibly respectful. Communication with Dan, the superintendent overseeing the project, was excellent—he kept us informed every step of the way. I needed a new battery so it was installed and now I will have 2 visits per year instead of one with a new 5 year package deal where I will save money and my sump pump will loved being cleaned. Cracks in my brick outer walls, sheetrock cracks, and doors that would not shut. I knew I needed professional help. Enter Groundworks… I listened and received several quotes to remedy the situation, but the techniques and lifetime warranties led me to these guys. All work was done professionally to include clean up and concrete patches where needed. Most of the cracks have closed up (some drywall mud and paint later) and the sticking doors resolved. I couldn't be more satisfied at this point. These guys do it right….and they guarantee it for life.

I had Groundworks complete 2 different services for my current residence. I recently purchased a house and noticed some cracks in the walls and a couple cracks in the foundation wall in the lower level of my home. I decided to call Groundworks to come asses the situation and give me some options. After the initial consult with Kenneth to my relief the foundation wasn't in bad shape but the exterior perimeter on the slab was sinking. He suggested for a sump to be put in and polyjacking on the lower slab. The price was affordable as well. The first crew who came out was for the sump pump to be installed. The foreman was Jeremy Elston, and the two other employees were Demetrius and Edwin. Jeremy was polite and communication was good. The other two were polite as well and they all worked diligently to get the job done, and they were very clean and used plastic to cover the floors. Altogether the install went well and looked professional. The crew that came out the second day to do the polyjacking were Ryan Langston as the foreman and Andrew Lester to help. Ryan was friendly and informative and did a great job lifting the exterior and stabilizing the slab. They also left my house clean. It was a good experience altogether between the 2 crews. I would recommend this company they have great warranties that come with their services as well and they are fairly priced and have given me piece of mind that my foundation problems will be minimal after their installs.

Over the last year or so ago, a metal support that was attached to my porch broke away when the screws rusted through. After this happened I noticed that there was a significant gap between the porch and the support. I wedged in some rocks to stabilize the support while I tried to figure out what to do. Then, recently, I heard an advertisement on the radio for Groundworks, and thought it might be a solution. So, I met with AJ, who was very friendly and thorough, explaining the process, the financial aspect and answering my questions. Also, based on his advice, they were able to include stabilizing and sealing the cement pad in front of my garage. I set up the appointment, and a few weeks later I received a confirmation call from Zech. The next morning, Zech and Jacob arrived, introduced themselves and reviewed the job and addressed any questions and concerns I had. A couple of hours later, the job was done and it looks great. The porch looks better than it has in a very long time. Plus, the support is now lined up with the porch, and all I'll need to do is bolt it back down. I'm extremely happy with their work, and take comfort in the multi-year warranty. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Unfortunately we were among many in our neighborhood who needed foundation repair. We were evaluated and put on the schedule with a month time and a surprisingly low quote after I had been hearing my neighbors quote at least 3 times what we were quoted. The crew that came were prompt, checking in by text. They removed then replanted some shrubs and removed a small tree. They repaired a concrete hole in the driveway. Over all cleaned up nicely removing trash and sweeping dirt from the driveway. I hope I do not have to but I would hire them again. Highly recommend.

Groundworks maintenance technician came out today for our first annual inspection. Ashton was very professional. He gave the sump drainage system under our house a thorough inspection, I know as I crawl under the house with him. He went over every aspect of the system and answered all of my questions. Everything is working perfectly. The inspection was well worth the time. The annual service is included with the project for a period of 5 years.

Groundwork’s came out initially to do a lift on my patio. When it was completed the lift failed. Upon finding this out they scheduled a second lift within 3 days. They did a second lift. The second did not reach the desired height. They showed me in ground pics of the problem and why it would not lift. They then offered a substantial discount and still offered the same warranty. *This review is strictly based on scheduling and my experience getting a quote* Overall, I had a really good experience. They were very easy to get in touch with, accommodating, and friendly throughout the process. I found them through Google, submitted a request on their website for a quote, and they reached out within a couple of days to get an appointment scheduled that same week. They sent their representative, Matt, who was professional, knowledgeable, and very thorough. He took the time to explain what was going on with my property and offered several solutions without making me feel pressured. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I had to follow up to get the quote sent over. In the end, I went with another company because they offered a lower price and exceptional customer service. That said, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend giving this company a chance—they were professional, informative, and overall pleasant to work with.

I have an older mid 1960's Ranch House that the walls were cracking, the foundation had cracks in it, and really needed attention. The Groundworks crew including Luke Cummings, the Zaw Tun, and Isaiah Leichtle were absolutely incredible. Twenty-five special plates and Foundation push piers were installed to the footing in a little over a 4 ft crawl space. It involved digging and using specialized equipment. The difficult hard work of the crew and their equipment will keep my foundation sound for the rest of my lifetime. The job was completed in less time than was planned. The crew made sure everything was laser accurately correct. When they left everything looked great and they even swept out my garage where they went in and out. Their time, knowledge, and hard work is greatly appreciated! The whole process from digitally measuring the floor (Randy James), getting the permit, engineer approval, and the actual work was exceptional! Luke, Zaw, and Isaiah were a pleasure to meet. Thank you for your hard work.

Alan the field inspector foreman Oscar and crew Ricardo did an excellent job. They were friendly and answered questions. They also provided me with information and the service they do. Alan took 2 hours or more explaining and using his meter reading equipment went all around outside perimeter of house and did the inside of every room. Free!!!! I had an area outside on patio by my Column Pillar that had sunken and was building up with water due to all the rain we had been having. When Oscar and Ricardo came and saw a concern of the Column Pillar where they were going to dig down and pour Polyurethane it could move the structure of roofing where column was attached to. It all worked out and Oscar even repaired the cracks around the pillar. They all did a fantastic job at a reasonable price. Thank you to all at Groundworks!!!!!!!
