Had a really great experience with this team. They clearly know their stuff when it comes to basement waterproofing, crawl space repair, foundation repair, and concrete lifting. Partway through the process, Antonio Lopez took the time to explain everything and made sure all my questions were answered, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently and with a lot of attention to detail. It’s nice working with someone who’s knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and actually cares about doing the job right. I’d definitely recommend Antonio Lopez and his team to anyone needing foundation or waterproofing work. Excellent work, Antonio!

Just had ours put in, and it looks great. Our installation team ( Lenny, Terrence, and Manny ) were on time, friendly, hard working and meticulous. Lenny took time to explain things when I popped down and was very patient with questions while working incredibly hard. We have friends who literally live in a swamp who had Busy Dog a couple years ago and their system has worked perfectly. They were getting water in their basement several times a year– now NOTHING. And I love the technology innovations by this company, the quality of the materials is top notch. Salesman Mike worked with us to set up the construction, he and their engineer came out several times to make sure they understood our tricky set up and worked to get the timing right for timing that worked for us

We recently had the cracks in our driveway filled and sealed to prevent further deterioration and improve the overall condition of the surface. The crew worked efficiently, carefully cleaning and preparing each crack before applying the sealant to ensure a strong, lasting repair. The entire project was completed in about a day. Before the work was done, the driveway showed visible wear and uneven areas that made the surface look more aged. Now, the finished result looks noticeably more even and stable, giving the driveway a cleaner and more well-maintained appearance while also helping protect it from future damage.

Unfortunately we were among many in our neighborhood who needed foundation repair. We were evaluated and put on the schedule with a month time and a surprisingly low quote after I had been hearing my neighbors quote at least 3 times what we were quoted. The crew that came were prompt, checking in by text. They removed then replanted some shrubs and removed a small tree. They repaired a concrete hole in the driveway. Over all cleaned up nicely removing trash and sweeping dirt from the driveway. I hope I do not have to but I would hire them again. Highly recommend.

As always, we had a great experience with Groundworks a few days ago, when Matthew Wyatt came to do an annual checkup of the encapsulation and dehumidification system we had installed in our crawlspace last year. He was thorough, professional, and answered all of our questions precisely. We've gone to Groundworks for help with several issues now (the joys of owning an old house), and will absolutely use to them in the future to knock out other projects as we can afford to tackle them.

A very good and positive experience. Employees Omar and Jumon were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The leveling of my concrete which had a 1" crack and a 1.5" drop is now level as are all the slabs that needed correction, which was every section around my pool. All the cracks and dividers are now sealed as well. The employees worked steady from the minute they arrived until they finished. They well know their job and how to do it correctly. The cost was cheaper than replacing the small damaged concrete area. I highly recommend Groundworks.. They have the right employees, right service, and the right product.

Terrance, John, and Ben did nothing of the sort. The finish was like they never dug up anything at all!! They took pictures, were communicative, and very professional! These guys really went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening the entire time. Lastly, they were much quicker than expected. Only took them about 3 hours to get everything done. He then offered multiple solutions and we were able to come up with a great plan to Address our water issues. I really have a great peace of mind, knowing that the system will have a lifetime warranty and is transferable to any new homeowner. He was thorough in his inspection and provided clarity that our concern with our garage wasn’t as bad as another company had made it seem. We had Groundwork’s come out and the crew was courteous and friendly. The crew explained everything that was going to be done. Lenny the foreman was impressive, along with Manuel and Isiah. The work was done efficiently and my basement looks amazing. We had severe water damage and we were suggested to have a French drain installed. The drain and concrete work came out looking amazing. We also had damage to our cinder block foundation that was properly repaired and finished. To combat the potential bowing or movement of our foundation, groundworks installed their steel supports that are encased in our basement slab and connected directly to our joists. The steel supports are impressive. My husband and I are extremely happy with the work that was done and would recommend.

The Ohio Basement Authority team out of Twinsburg OH was outstanding … from start to finish! After a careful inspection by one of their experts, a solution was crafted which included a complete interior drainage system , additional sump pumps, & vapor wall barrier. Within 2 weeks the OBA team (including Dai John Jefferson, Nelson, Jonathan, & Darwin) was on-site to begin work. From start to finish, they were thorough & complete in their tasks … and took every precaution to protect your basement contents & walls. We were especially pleased with their re-routing of our water softner drain lines (shortening them to a fraction of their original length). All-in-all, we couldn't be more pleased and we would not hesitate in recommending this team for their high quality work! I fully anticipate bringing them back to handle some additional work that is needed in the future.

I’ll start with Michael Luera calling me back at 715 in the morning after I left a message at 1230 the previous night. My newly installed system included under floor drainage, a sump pump, and a battery back up sump pump, with battery. I had been hearing a beep for a couple of days while it was raining but hadn’t realized that meant the battery backup was activated. I didn’t realize it was just the sensor the the backup being a little too low- the main pump never activated. Once I realized that, I was somewhat relieved; but now my battery had been used for two days as the primary. I was worried that if I had an outage, I would no longer have backup, and we had already received o we 6 inches of rain the previous two days. He came out that very day and checked the system, and replaced the battery. Michael was professional, and reassured me that everything was working as expected. The sensor was moved higher, and my in floor system kept water from pooling in my floor like it had before. So, the system worked, and they were responsive to an urgent call, returning my call before official business hours. Thank you, Michael Luera!

(One other company barely crawled into the space and took no measurements.) Groundworks was not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for! Quality install, done quickly, all questions answered. Installers Tripp, Keegan, James and Ryder worked well together, were polite, and got it completed quickly.

Daniel Cippone from Groundworks was my service technician during my recent visit, and he was outstanding. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to clearly explain how my system operates. I needed a new sump pump with a backup, and I really appreciated how Daniel explained the products using videos; it made everything easy to understand. I also purchased one of their air systems, and after only a few days, I can already feel a noticeable difference in my home. Daniel was professional, knowledgeable, and polite throughout the entire visit. I truly hope to have Daniel Cippone for every future service appointment!

Mark Teal did a very thorough job of determining the house structure and what work needed to be done, as well as explaining the process to me The work crew, which included Alejandro as the foreman, Michael G and Devon went above and beyond, avoiding taking down a flower bed retaining wall and keeping me informed all the way. They thoroughly cleaned up and even hauled away the excess dirt from digging the holes. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done.

Working with Foundation Support Specialists has been a very positive experience. No one wants to have a house sinking into the ground, but if you need to rectify that situation you want the company to be professional, get the job done correctly and do it on a timely basis. FSS accomplished that. Paul Rangel did the inspection and provided the bid for the job. He was very detailed in his explanation of what needed to be done and answered every question. Fernando Aleman, Justin Hammond, and Moses Martinez completed the work in the agreed time. Fernando kept me updated as the work progressed and explained the one change order that needed to take place and how it was approved by their engineering department. When the work was completed they did an excellent job of cleaning up. I now have doors that close properly. The work is guaranteed for life and the guarantee is transferable.

I contacted Groundworks after the first company I contacted ghosted me after they said my problem was too complicated for them. The gentleman who showed up was professional and braced me for the sticker shock at the price and handled my questions. The company stayed in touch, offered me sales, and when I was ready, got everything moving forward quickly. They handled everything, got my house back straight, with professionalism and respect- stopping their generator whenever I came around to check. Thankfully they offer financing, were so good about communicating and making sure I was happy with the work. I tried at least 5 other companies and Groundworks was the best- not the cheapest- but the most communicative and organized. Manuel and and Emil were both informed and patient with the process as it took longer than planned. I’m grateful to have had their help with my sinking house.
