I requested a quote from groundworks to insulate a crawl space and during the scheduled visit Codi was very professional, personal and genuine while listening to my concerns, answering my questions, and educating me on the process, materials, and reasons for the drafts, etc. The quote was presented with the photos and videos of the current crawl space and the proposed finished product. This was far more than I expected, and he also explained how they can also help raise the section under the house due to a slope in the floor from an addition. I met JC at the Oklahoma Home & Outdoor Living Show and he was super friendly, knowledgeable and happy to schedule a time to come out and do a free inspection on some work we are going to get done. He followed through on that, coordinating a good date and time for myself and then showed up on time. He was thorough and clear on the work that needed done and what that process would look like, providing videos and case studies, backing that up. He also broke down the cost, showing me payment options. He did all of this in a very non-pressure sales process, primarily just informing me on what is needed and why it needs done. We had been having issues with mold in our home and suspected that the crawlspace could be the culprit. I research companies ans contacted Groundworks. Joe Daleo came over and did a really thorough job of inspecting our property including our crawlspace and foundation. He found that there was moisture on one side of our property due to ground water settling. We decided to move forward with encapsulation after feeling confident with the information that Joe provided. We waited about a month to get started as we had some other home projects we needed to get done first. During that time, Joe maintained communication and I was able to reach him whenever I needed, which was awesome. When the work started, Brandon and his team, including Edgar, Alberto, and Jose all showed up with a smile. Brandon gave me regular updates and pictures of what was going on with the work. Whenever I encountered any of the guys, they were always polite and professional. I know it was difficult work to be underneath my house for eight hours a day and I couldn't understand how they could still be so friendly and genuinely happy. Joe Daleo continue to be in contact with me during the project and came over to check on the work that was being done. Since the encapsulation was completed, we have noticed that the temperature of our home stays more regulated and the musty scents have dissipated. We also noticed that the rooms on the side of the house with the moisture used to feel muggy and now they don't. We are so happy that we chose Groundworks and decided to encapsulate our crawlspace. I highly recommend them!

Groundwork’s provides a great inspection plan that helps us remember to get our sump pumps serviced yearly. We had an issue just recently and San Sivaloganathan came out and worked for several hours late into the evening to fix the issue and ensure our basement would be safe and dry. He actually had all the equipment and parts needed with him so everything was resolved in one visit. Ground works Whitchurch-Stouffville is a reliable and affordable property maintenance partner. We use them not only for our own home but also for our rental properties. They treat our Tennants with as much respect and professionalism as they do us.
