The salesman that reviewed our home told us that the work identified by him would fix the symptoms that we were experiencing. When the technicians came out to do the work, the head guy looked at our issues and informed me that the prescribed work would nothing for issues. Thus, he immediately let me cancel the work with the promise of getting our deposit back. That shows me that the company is more interested in having a satisfied customer, than making a profit. Please note their salesmen need to be better trained, so that this kind of situation does not occur in the future.

We had the pleasure of working with Malik, Andy and Showne, who were all extremely knowledgeable, professional, and highly motivated. Malik oversaw the project of installing a new sump pump in our crawlspace, rim joist Insulation, drainage matting and extreme block. Malik educated us about the sump pump system and explained how each layer would give us more protection against water damage, rodents, etc. Upon completion, we were amazed at how clean everything was and everything was done meticulously! I highly recommend Malik and his crew, as he is dedicated to doing an excellent job and making sure everything is perfectly done!

(One other company barely crawled into the space and took no measurements.) Groundworks was not the cheapest quote but you get what you pay for! Quality install, done quickly, all questions answered. Installers Tripp, Keegan, James and Ryder worked well together, were polite, and got it completed quickly.

Where do I begin??!! I contacted Groundworks to get an estimate for some concrete lifting. Kalen was the one who came to do the estimate. He went above & behind in every way. He was very thorough with his approach to our ‘project’, covering all bases & checking everything that needed to be checked. Throughout the process he explained everything & answered all my questions. From the time he spent doing the estimate, then coming back to explain it all to me, show me videos etc, he gave me everything I needed to know for the work we needed done & for us to make a decision on which company to schedule with. We have our project scheduled and we look forward to getting the work done!

The initial inspection was thorough and they really listened to concerns. It wasn't high pressure and it was a discussion about what we needed, not just what they could sell us. The work crew showed up on time, were very polite, and clean. Jared, Bobby, and Warren did a really great job. There were a few curve balls with our 100 year old ranch house, but they handled them well and honestly. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is that there was a change order that was decided on the day work was completed that was not followed up on. However, after one phone call it was corrected right away. No complaints about the work, just the one billing hiccup. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

We were experiencing unstable support in our crawlspace resulting in excessive vibration when walking across the floor and started seeing sinking in our living room floor! The home was built in 1948 and issues can be expected over time! We hired Groundworks to conduct their crawlspace services under our home March 10th. Two steel beam runs were installed with their jack system. The floor was stabilized and leveled where the beams were installed, however we noticed the living room floor still showed significant sagging and had a bouncing feel when you would jump. We called the Groundworks Inspector, Ross Feezor back out to investigate. He discovered we had a broken floor joist in the problem area. We had that repair work performed by an outside contractor. The Groundworks team was sent back out April 29th and shifted a section of the original beam runs positioning it under the center of our living room floor at no extra charge to us because it was determined the beam should have been under the living room the first time but the broken floor joist prevented the first team from accomplishing that.. The team was headed up by Dustin, sorry did not get his last name or his two-man team assisting him. They accomplished the job in less than 3-hours and we are very happy now with the results. Good job Groundworks!

I had an outstanding service experience today. Austin was the GW representative. He communicated well and showed up 5 min early. He spent about 2.5 hrs inspecting and thoroughly cleaning the crawl space. He meticulously checked the sump pump and changed filter on dehumidifier. He gave me an overview of the status that I found very useful. I’m a business owner too. This level of service is what all companies should strive for – from perspective of the customer facing side, my experience was exemplary. I know GE is national in scope but I felt like I was dealing with a locally owned business where customers and relationships matter.

We are very pleased with the groundworks team. Kevin explained our needed repairs well during the inspection. They bumped up our repair date. Rama k, Tyler k, louis v, Damien r and Caleb m were amazing. We needed a lot of repair but the team worked very hard and this is a needed adjustment for our home that will allow us to enjoy it for yrs to come without worry. The warranty and future inspections will be a peace of mind for us as well. Thank you all so much!!!

Richard Showers was just great! He arrived a few minutes early and was extremely thorough in his inspection of our house. Using sophisticated equipment, he checked the level of all floors throughout the house to ensure no major sloping was happening. He explained potential causes of surface cracks on the interior walls that I pointed out to him. In the crawlspace, he checked all supporting beams, checked for ground moisture, and also any possible pipe leakage. We were extremely happy with his inspection and would recommend him highly to anyone else using Groundworks.

The services provided by Groundworks for the stabilization of our settling house have been outstanding. Stephen Kagin, the field inspector, assessed the situation and proposed a solution, explaining each aspect of the job. Kimberly John and Keeairra Broussard resolved scheduling issues efficiently and flexibly. I was particularly impressed with the project foreman, Tyler Morgan, and his field crew, Luis Bravo and Austin Huarte. They were very professional, knowledgable, hard working, and pleasant to interact with. It is obvious that Tyler and Luis have considerable practical experience, and Austin showed a high level of commitment and dedication to his job duties. They all significantly contributed to making suggestions once it became necessary to adapt the original plan based on observations in the field. They brought back Stephen and a senior member of the company to re-assess the needs and risks of the stabilization effort, resulting in a cost-effective alternative solution. It is this team's experience, professionalism, flexibility, and quality of work that not only gives me confidence that our house is safely stabilized, but also made the experience considerably less stressful than expected.

From start to finish, Groundworks provided great work. I am a new homeowner, learning about the woes of maintaining a home. Unfortunately, the foundation on my 1960s house was affecting the ability to close my front door. Daniel Raymond gave me a free, but very thorough inspection of the foundation repairs needed on my home. I was pleased to find out Groundworks offers financing without interest. I probably could have found a more affordable company, but I felt comfort in knowing that the piers have a life time warranty and the foam a 5 year warranty. When the day came to get started on the foundation work, it began to snow. Dakota (structural foreman), Philip (co-foreman) and Jose (installer) still showed up on time and got to work. Although they did not get everything done due to the weather, they returned on Saturday (their day off) to finish where they left off. I especially appreciated that they returned to re-cement a few areas where the mailman and stray cats stepped on. Very sweet of them. On a separate day, "the poly guys" came to inject the foam inside and outside my house. Joe (poly foreman) and Alejandro (installer) explained the process before and as they were injecting the foam. For each section, they made sure I was happy with the results. My pups loved them! Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I was able to call/text any of the foremen and inspector directly about any questions or concerns I had.I recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for quality and reliable foundation repair.

Came over to install a new sump basin, Double backup Sump pump and under sub floor dehumidifier. The quality of workmanship was second to none!! And the expertise of Ulysses, Alsandro, and Isaiah was evident from start to cleanup! Cost was a little more than expected but I feel like I definitely got what I paid for!!
