We had them come out and give us an estimate on our concrete patio that was not level due to settling. Quin called a day or two ahead of time and gave us a time he would be at our house. The day scheduled Quin called and was on time as scheduled. Quin was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done. Quin did not pressure us to commit to his company. Quin was very enjoyable to deal with throughout this process.

He spent a good chunk of time evaluating the basement, making measurements, and provided a detailed explanation of his recommendations. I cannot recommend Groundworks highly enough for crawl space encapsulation. **Damian Traas, Tristan Lear, and Phillip Ewers** did an absolutely phenomenal job from start to finish. The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and respectful of my property. They took the time to explain the encapsulation process, ensuring all of my questions were answered before they got to work. Crawl space work is notoriously difficult and messy, but Damian, Tristan, and Phillip handled it with the utmost efficiency and attention to detail. The quality of the installation is top-notch, and the transformation of the space is night and day. It is incredibly reassuring to know that the structural integrity and air quality of my home are now properly protected.
