I was in the process of deciding whether to do a new front porch or try to get my front porch leveled. I called Indiana Foundation and was put in touch with Kevin Clinebelle for an appointment and was extremely satisfied with the level of knowledge from Kevin and how Kevin took the time to explain things to me. We decided to go with a new porch due to the fact as Kevin indicated, that the brick may not be salvageable. I can tell you this, if I was going to have my foundation or porch leveled I would use Indiana Foundation because of Kevin. Kevin was polite, Knowledgeable and genuinely cared about how I was moving forward and agreed with the process we chose. He was not pushy and he was not a typical salesman who only cares about making a sale. Don’t get me wrong, Kevin would’ve loved to have the work, but it just didn’t make sense as that was explained to me after I told Kevin of the situation. Just for Kevin to take the time and talk to me and listen to me means a lot In today’s business world. It is truly nice to know that there’s businesses like Indiana Foundation and people like Kevin who are not just focused on getting the sale at any cost. Thanks again Kevin for all the great advice!

I called Indiana foundation service and they called me immediately back or should I say I filled out a form on Facebook I got a call from Richard . He set up an appointment for today so within 48 hours I had an appointment. He arrived when he said he was going to, he was very professional and so friendly.hat He showed me all my problems going on in my basement I felt so good about all the information that he went over with me. I'm going to have his company fix my issues and finally be done with a wet basement. He's been here almost all day long explaining things going through details answering all my questions and my fears. He did an awesome job ! I would highly recommend Richard and the company he represents for anyone with basement issues. Hopefully all the other people that work at this company have the same personality as he does, because he is very friendly, professional and it was a joy having him at my house! I would rate 5/5 for Doug C. from Indiana Foundation Service, and he was outstanding. He inspected our house from inside and outside, and came up a list of logical suggestions and solutions, based on his expertise on structural engineering. He explained these solutions very well, and it was easy to understand for layperson like me. He was very thorough, and pinpointed small details that several representatives from other companies failed to notice. He was very patient in answering questions and hearing concerns that we had about the house. Overall I highly recommend Doug C.

They were responsive and had Doug C. scheduled to visit in a week. The office shared arrival time and how long the visit would take. He was on time and did not rush us. No high-pressure sales pitch. We had a leaning retaining wall by our walkout basement. We were very concerned that it might fall over and was no longer stable. I called Indiana Foundation Service and got a representative out the next week. He went over the issue and the solution thoroughly with me. We signed the contract and a month later we had some awesome workers come out to our house. Charles, Brandon, and Kyle worked 2 days to dig, brace, and make sure our wall was level/plum. I cannot recommend this company and this crew enough! We were completely satisfied with the outcome and the whole process. If you have any foundation or structural issues, do yourself a favor and call Indiana Foundation Service.
