We recently had Bryce J. inspect our home, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! From the moment he arrived, it was clear he was incredibly knowledgeable and detail-oriented. Bryce was thorough in every aspect of the inspection, taking the time to not only point out areas of concern but also explain what they meant and how to address them. What really stood out was how he went above and beyond. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure all of our questions were answered, no matter how small or specific. They were able to reuse the cement footings rather than pour new, which adjusted the price and saved us money. Very honest and trustworthy company. I had a service call today for a recent sump installation from last Summer. I unfortunately had a poor initial experience with IBA and was half-expecting a similar experience this time. But I was very wrong. Ricky Oudekerk came to my house on time, took time to listen to my concerns and expertly diagnosed. On his own initiative he took the time to walk me through the sump system and its parts and explained what he was testing. I am new to Minnesota and to sumps generally, and this time was very much appreciated. It turned out I needed a new pump due to a bad component, and he diagnosed it and replaced all within a couple of hours. I was surprised and relieved by the experience. Based on this experience, I will consider IBA again for a future project. Thanks so much.

David drove out of his way to look at our basement issues. He sat down with us and really listened to our issues. Then he did a thorough inspection with pictures. He then sat down again with us and went over a plan that fits our budget and goals. Highly suggest working with Groundworks for your basement needs.
