I recently had AFS Foundation Company come out to evaluate work done at my home, and I want to express how grateful I am for the experience. Andy Friar and Chris Wanzer were absolutely outstanding. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They took the time to carefully inspect everything, explained each detail in a way I could understand, and made sure I felt confident about what was going on with my home. They walked me through what had been done, what still needed attention, and reassured me that everything would be taken care of properly. Their communication was clear, honest, and very reassuring. It’s not often you meet people who take this much pride in their work, and it really showed. I truly appreciate their time, effort, and professionalism. Andy and Chris have set a high standard for the company. I hope if I ever need anything else, Andy or Chris are the ones who come to my home. Great experience with this waterproofing company! They were professional, responsive, and explained the entire process clearly from start to finish. Foreman Ben and his crew (JJ and Nick) arrived on time, worked efficiently, and left everything clean when the job was done. Most importantly, the quality of the work was excellent and now has giving me real peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing reliable waterproofing services.

Communication with Ground Works and staff is always smooth. I knew when Riley would arrive and Brandon let me know Riley was in my driveway. Riley was/is friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough in his examining, and describing, the foundation and any changes that occurred since the last yearly review. I was able to ask questions and get answers. Riley suggested a dehumidifying/air purifying system that would be beneficial and he was able to install it that day. My house is old, but continues to be safe and strong. Thank you Ground Works, Riley, Brandon and those who have been here in the past working and inspecting.

We needed to waterproof our basement and had the pleasure of working with the team from AFS. Matthew R., Shawn L., and Hugo N. were all very professional, courteous, and worked so hard to make sure they got the job done as soon as possible. Matthew made sure to give us progress reports and updates during the project window and answered any questions we had along the way. They finished ahead of schedule, but not because it was rushed. I was extremely impressed with the entire presentation and inspection performed by. Shayan. Before conducting the inspection, he thoroughly explained the entire process and what Groundworks’ specialized in. Following his extensive inspection, he reviewed all of his findings, including pictures from the crawlspace and explained how various issues were in need of remedy. He then carefully explained the approach Groundworks would take to address these issues in a very methodical orderly manner. My wife and I were extremely pleased by Shayan’s level of professionalism and knowledge. We certainly intend to utilize Groundworks to mitigate our isssue within our budget capabilities. The inspector, Jared, was on time for our appointment. He was courteous, professional, explained all the work that they needed to do, and gave us a price. The project foreman, Matthew, and his helper, John, came ahead of time on the day scheduled, were both extremely mannerly, courteous, and respectful. They wasted no time, worked hard, and did a really good job. I would recommend this company and this crew.

Our particular job was very complicated involving 10 steel peers, cutting out concrete, removing and replacing large patio stone, working around generator and gas line, and partially removing and putting back deck. John M, Brandon G and Francisco P did an excellent job! They communicated with us effectively throughout the duration of the job and genuinely took pride in their work.
