I had a subsidence problem that was addressed by a multi-pronged approach, a series of push piers to stabilize the perimeter of the foundation and central supports to level central beams of my home's frame. The house is now stable. The crews that did the site work were careful of my property, courteous, and showed no aversion nor complaint to go the extra mile to hand dig where it was obvious that the heavy equipment could not be brought into my fenced-in property. The communication throughout the process was great and sales support was responsive and helpful. This company hires, respects, and assists veterans.

This crew was punctual and went to work and stayed working until they quit 8 or more hours later. John, Wyatt, Adam and Austin were courteous and attentive to keeping our cats in the house. Their work is good and the walls are straight. The basement is cleaner than it was when they began.

Aaron came out to inspect our crawlspace and subfloor issues. He was exceptionally thorough, friendly and most importantly on time. He did a full inspection, with photos and took floor measurements that ruled out what I thought the issue was. Our issue isn't in their area of work, and we appreciate the honesty. He also noted some out of code work that we had done a year ago under the house. The photos will help us go back after that contractor to make it right! When we need other under-house or drainage work, we'll be back.

Adam came by and went above and beyond to investigate the crawlspace. He was exceptionally thorough with his assessment and was detailed in his explanation. Adam communicated that since he was not able to fully assess the foundation, because of limited access, he would not give me a proposal for a solution he wasn't sure would remediate any discovered issues. I plan to have him and the FRS team back out as soon as I make the corrective action he recommended.

They aren’t even finished with our project yet, they’re about to end day 1/2 and I am impatient and just had to say this. My husband and I are newlyweds. We are young, inexperienced with contractors, and we were nervous because all we hear about are horror stories of people who come to work on something at your home. These guys are beyond incredible. The entire company is obviously so competent, professional and passionate. Everyone from Ben Sizemore who gave us 4 HOURS OF HIS TIME to sit down with us and go through every detail of this project, down to the foreman Trent Baker who headed up his team of 3 guys as they’ve spent the entire day working. I’m blown away by everyone’s kindness, cleanliness, professionalism, etc. and these are young men!! They all deserve raises, compliments, and when (not if because you must) you hire them, go to the store and buy them snacks and drinks. They deserve it. I wish this company did regular home renovations because it feels like it can only go down from here haha! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for making our very first home improvement a wonderful experience. I’m so beyond grateful. I’ll update my review after they’re all finished. I know it’ll be even better tomorrow. 🤍

I think they came out and did a fair assessment The guy was really nice I feel like maybe they were overpriced a bit . But I got other quotes and all the bids were pretty high . I actually ended up selling my house because of The quotes being 60,000 and more . I figured it would be smarter to invest 60,000 into a house that didn't have Foundation problems like this house did . they spent over three hours at my house calculating a quote so I feel like they were very thorough ,
