Krista did a wonderful job. She started outside and had me show her my areas of concern and explained what was going to happen next with her inspection. Once the inspection was completed she showed me the areas that actually were an issue and the areas that were fine. She had created a diagram that went over what needed to be fixed and how each area would need be fixed since some were different. This was great for me because in one smaller area I was going to need an additional lower level of support. She explained what the lower level of support was and why I needed it in only that small area. After showing me everything and explaining how it would be fixed she made sure I didn't have any questions. We went over her estimate, what the process would be and then reviewed the contract. She again made sure I didn't have any questions before I signed the contract. I had a great experience with Groundworks and highly recommend Krista.

I had an excellent experience with Ground Works and their entire team! Joe and Chance Bender came to my house to stabilize multiple areas, including several bedrooms, a hallway, foyer, inside the garage, and even the sidewalk and driveway. They were professional, communicated with me every step of the way, and always brought concerns to my attention promptly. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Brice, the salesman, was equally impressive. He was knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to make arrangements, even answering questions via text on weekends. His dedication really stood out. The pier crew, including Lupe, Chance S., and Stavion, also did an exceptional job. They communicated clearly, were mindful of the property, and worked efficiently to complete the job. I highly recommend Ground Works for their professionalism, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. Working with Richard from Groundwork’s was truly such a blessing. From day one, he went above and beyond to make sure we felt heard, understood, and completely confident in the process. His knowledge is unmatched — no matter what question or concern we had, he answered it thoroughly and patiently, never making us feel rushed or overlooked. What meant the most to us was how intentional he was about staying in contact. He kept us updated every step of the way and made sure we always knew what was happening, which brought so much comfort and reassurance during the project. Foundation Recovery Systems did an excellent job, and exactly as expected following their estimates, waterproofing my basement, anchoring a primary basement wall, and installing sump pumps and downspout drains. The installers Ayden Land, Derrick Bushnell and coordinator Josh Howard were all top notch in their work ethic and results. I couldn’t be happier following the completion of their work! Thanks guys!

We had an extremely wet basement, pretty much completely unusable. Jim B, field inspector, came out and showed us the plan as to how to reinforce one wall and mitigate any water issues. Jim was very thorough and showed a great deal of personal care regarding our project. We decided to do the demolition part ourselves, but Jim was constantly in touch to make sure we were on track and answered any questions that came up. Moving forward to the execution of the project, Nick M, foreman and his partner, Mark, came out and completed the job in just 2 days! They were extremely professional and impressively efficient, and took the time to show me what was happening at each stage of the process. After a couple of rains already, our basement is 100% bone dry and I simply could not be happier. What a stress relief and Groundwork’s team made the whole process quick and painless. I couldn’t recommend their services more!

Jared from FRS came by to look at a moisture issue in the basement. He determined it was not a foundation issue, but rather a HVAC issue. He could have told me there was nothing he could do, or he could have tried to sell me a FRS solution that would be good for them but wouldn’t fix my problem. Instead, he connected me on the spot with an HVAC company that knew what to do. How refreshing is that? Hopefully I won’t have need for foundation work, but if I do FRS gets the first call.
