Mount Valley Foundation services has done foundation piers, crawl space encapsulation, and concrete lifting/stabilizing at my home. Prices are competitive for these types of repairs. Chip Baxter was very helpful in evaluating our concerns and explaining the repairs. All of the crews are polite, hard working, and keep you informed of progress. Special thanks to William Cheek, Andres Bookert, and their teams. Carnell Ray is a master of concrete leveling! He and Desmond did a great job with my driveway, patio, and crooked front sidewalk. The supervisor, Scott Wingard, makes sure the work is done to customer satisfaction.

From day 1 of contacting Mount Valley Foundation, it has been top notch customer service and professionalism! Yesterday the actual work was completed by Hector and Jamison and their work and customer service was impeccable. Very refreshing this day in age you can still find companies that “get it” and it is reflected by their personnel. Keep up the great work Mount Valley. Oh yeah…my initial contact was with Will Dupree and he’s the one who closed the deal. Fine young man and he’s right where he needs to be in the organization. Great with people and very genuine.

From consultation through completion of work, everyone was the consummate professional. The installer’s work exceeded expectations. Every stage of work was thoroughly explained. Truly, I didn’t know that there was so much junk in my crawl space to be removed. Nonetheless, all loose items were removed.The installation to include removing junk was a full three days. I would definitely recommend the full package to include dehumidifier as advertised. Now, I wait for return on investment ((ROI) – lowering of inside dust and energy efficiency. He takes his time and goes over everything with a fine tooth comb to ensure that every aspect of your home has been inspected and have been reviewed to ensure that there are no problems. And if there is a problem, you are aware of the problem and he gives you a plan of action to correct the issue. We found a leak under my crawlspace, called the plumber because we thought it was the pipes and he informed us that it was a foundation leak and there was nothing wrong with the pipes. Well, we had heard about you guys because some friends used you for a project at their home and Daniel came out. He was professional. I asked him to use a mask and he.immediately Complied with the request. We sat at the table had a detailed discussion he was very friendly gave a lot of information very knowledgeable and thank God we did not need the service because he found nothing after his inspection but if I ever need help again in this type of way, I would be more than glad to call you guys because Daniel left a lasting impression.

It has been said that people don't remember what you did, but they remember how you made them feel: I remember both, and when it comes to my experience with Mount Valley Foundation Services, they were both Excellent! Phillip Maultbay (Technician) and Brett (Sales Mgr) are ABSOLUTE GEMS! I have experience as an HR Recruiter and I can tell you that they are BOTH the kinds of employees that ANY COMPANY would love to have on board! They were punctual, professional, knowledgeable, personable, thorough, they answered all of my questions, and they did it all while being KIND!!! Their commitment to, appreciation for, and pride in their organization simply exuded in their conversation, and overview of the organization's history, structure, qualifications, and future goals: in other words, they really LOVE and VALUE their organization, and they represent the organization VERY WELL! In fact, they were so enthusiastic, that if the job didn't involve crawling underneath houses, and the possibility of seeing "critters and varmints," I would be ready to join the Groundworks Team myself! I had foundation repair completed just this morning. My crew (Tommy, Jamison, Hector) was excellent! The job was completed timely, yet efficiently. Communication and Customer Service were top notch, and the process was explained thoroughly. I would recommend to anyone who is having foundation issues.
