The assessment took several hours and I was amazed at how thorough he was in getting exact details so that he could best create a plan for us. When he finished looking at, around, and under the house, we sat for at least an hour where he shared pictures of what he saw and explained in detail what they indicated. I never got the feeling like he was trying to sell me anything that I didn't specifically ask for and need.
