“BONUS” (? lol): While digging along one side of the basement wall, Irving discovered a sink hole surrounding the old clay clean-out piping. That connection down to the sewer line was no longer properly attached all the way which allowed a slow leak for who knows how long. That was definitely to my advantage so that I could get that repair completed while the dig out was still open.
