"I contracted with Groundworks to demo and replace the entire foundation for my home (built in the 1930s) in Petaluma, CA. The foundation was original to the home and falling apart. This job was competitively and transparently priced by the inspector/Estimator Adam Mier, who was referred to me by a professional colleague. I did obtain other bids, but Adam was the only estimator that addressed all of my concerns and factored permitting and engineering fees into the bid upfront. Once work began, the foremen on the jobs (Tyler, Nestor) were professional and excellent communicators, and kept the job site clean and organized. With the help of Jose and Erick, they finished ahead of schedule and were able to save me costs. They worked around a number of issues on the jobsite, including access challenges and bad winter weather. I would trust this company with your foundation and concrete projects over the competition, especially projects like mine (that are extensive and potentially expensive) because they have a competent team of professionals working for them."
