Alpha Foundations came to fix my mother-in-law’s foundation. Chris, Webber and Rollie were most excellent. Chris took me around showed me the location of the pylons and explained the process. Rollie and Webber were working away. Throughout the process I’d look at where they were at and all three of them were focused on their job at hand. Quite frankly, I was amazed at how quick the job went. When they were done with the job Rollie Chris and Webber walked me around and shared their knowledge of the process and asked what I thought. it was like they were the wind. They came, conquered and left. You couldn’t tell they were even there because of the clean up job they did. They were like the wind. It was a great experience with this company and we will use them again if we have any issues.

We had an excellent experience with Mount Valley Foundation. Will was informative and supportive from the first evaluation to the project’s conclusion, going above and beyond to alleviate concerns. Ron (the foreman), Jacob and Von were professional, respectful, and very patient throughout the entire project to encapsulate the foundation and address some issues. Ron took the time to explain each step and made sure all of our questions were answered. The worksite was kept clean and organized, and we received regular updates along the way. The quality of work and communication from the entire team really stood out. We would absolutely recommend this company to others.

A pleasant young man named Kyle was the tech today and besides being thorough he was very informative and efficient. All my interactions with employees of OBA was been pleasant and would recommend their services.

On June 20th I met an inspector named Michael Riskin who came to my house to complete a foundation inspection. The initial problem was my step was cracked and falling apart. I was afraid to walk upstairs. After the the inspection was done I informed his company could not complete the repairs but he didn’t just say I am done we can’t do the repairs. He took the time to explain the problem and gave me a solution with another company. I felt so comfortable and confident about moving forward with my next step with the help from Micheal. That’s not it he also gave me some advice about safe and fixing my steps on my deck in which this was not part of his job. He did not know I had no idea how to go about fixing or get started with anything repairing of those stairs. He took the out of his schedule to text me the size and kind of nails to get and how far to go so I would not cause any more problems. Michael think you for being a caring person to a stranger who need help in more ways the knew. Thank you so kindly.

Michael drove out to my property and performed a very punctual and professional assessment of my waterproofing needs. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and provided several options for repair, and reviewed them with me in great detail. and even had the courage to say that his repairs might be considered overkill for what I needed depending if I wanted it to last the lifetime of the home. I very much appreciated hid honesty and candor. It's something you just don't see With a lot of businesses. He even offered multiple discounts. I very highly recommend this company!

Alpha foundations saved our home. Gentleman named Donny took about 3 visits out to our home for various quotes and was very patient every time. By the time we pulled the trigger on a big foundation repair, Donald, Tori and Corey showed up. I could tell this was the A team. Super professional and hard working guys. We ended up with a total of 9 helical piers and the entire house crawl space supported by their jack system. They were extremely professional and even got the work done a day early. I took the days off from my work to be around and be a “fly on the wall” behind their shoulder. They were totally okay with this and gave me a play by play as they worked. They secured the houses foundation and the home feels so much more stable. Now we can work on ei downs and roof for our historic home! Thanks to you gentlemen, much respect and I’d recommend you guys in the future.

My new 'water control system' (drains, sump) were installed yesterday as Hurricane Helene visited the Blue Ridge Mountains. My crew (Jason Butler, Raijohn Metcalf, Stacey Scott, and Joel Woodley) met the storm head on! What a fantastic job. They were there on time (this is a big deal for me), knew the job, had everything needed to do it, and got it done! They were courteous, careful, and tremendously hardworking – even as the water seeped in through the foundation. Amazing. I would totally recommend this crew and JES Foundation repairs. This hopefully solved a 30 year problem and the new system will give me back a big section of my basement – soon to be a Man Cave. If it handled a hurricane, it will handle anything.
