Mitchell drove 250 miles to estimate flood damage at our farmhouse; spent hours there; was excellent and "sold us". 2 weeks later technicians Mel, Jo & Willie arrived and completed the work in a very efficient 3 hours. Company was very professional and we would rate them as excellent.

Mr.Aric Banks Was very courteous, approachable, and professional throughout his entire visit. He kept us updated on his arrival time, which was later than expected because of delays at previous appointments. We expressed some concerns regarding some changes And past issues in The basement of our 200+ year-old house. He respectfully acknowledged our concerns and relayed them to the office during the visit. We hope to continue to have Aric return as needed for future inspections.

I appreciated the thorough crawl space consultation and inspection provided by Zachariah M this past week. It was almost a 2 hour consultation which I was warned about but for good reason. There is definite value in that consultation time because he went thru the crawl space and took detailed photos which he shared. He also shared a visual layout of the crawl space and did a live sketch drawing of the materials in different ink colors and how it will be laid and layered and numbered them to show how that would be reflected in the itemized cost. He even showed samples of the materials so I can see them in 3D. He gave me options that allowed me to mix and match and see exactly how that would affect the final product and cost estimate. And once we reached my comfortable price point along with his detailed guidance of the process and the work, I felt comfortable and confident in my decision to hire Groundworks for my crawl space project. My decision was based not just on price but how thorough the consultation was with receipts to show for it and so the time spent during the consultation has tremendous value. I look forward to providing a final review of the work by the crews as the next step.

I asked Groundworks to give me a free estimate on some concrete lifting. Derek was exceptionally helpful. He paid close attention to what I wanted done and costed out several options. He spent a LOT of time answering my questions honestly and in detail. I have every confidence that I understand the process and that the workmanship will be excellent. I couldn't be more pleased.

Brandon and his crew were wonderful to work with. We had pretty extensive movement in our foundation, and Brandon was knowledgeable and took the time to carefully explain all of our options and how each would look. He and his crew were communicative and professional. Our biggest fear was that our new kitchen granite counters would crack in the lifting, but Brandon and his crew were extremely mindful of the situation, taking extra care and nothing cracked. Absolutely Awesome! I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN on my next property if this needed to be done again…… My Subflooring needed some support and Groundworks offers Intellijacks and a I-Beam support system…….. That installation Absolutely made a home improvement and corrected SEVERAL lil problems…… I took it a Step further and had the entire 2K area Encapsulated making for a much better quality of breathing air……… Charles was absolutely Awesome always staying in contact with me every step of the way as well as addressing all my concerns…… The entire Crew did an outstanding stand up job…….. A couple months ago I posted about my experience with Groundworks and Ashton. After my initial encounter and planning when would work best to have the work I needed down I finally had it completed today. I have had nothing but the best experience with Groundworks. From my initial free estimate phone call to my last good-bye from the group of gentleman who worked on my project. I had a group of superb men on my project the past couple days. Kaleb (Foreman), Christian, and Ethan were so efficient, helpful, and their communication as well as friendly nature was everything I could have asked for! They let me know they were on their way and their ETA. Once they arrived I was introduced to the group and walked through step by step on what their plan was. They made sure all my questions were answered. These gentleman work straight through the day. I never heard them stop once. Honestly I could go on and on about these men and how great my experience was. The project was completed earlier than expected and they even cleaned up after themselves. I sincerely appreciate them and their work. I do recommend Groundworks to any and everyone who need foundation work as I did. I am planning on using them for another service in the near future! Thank you so much Kaleb, Christian, and Ethan for all your hard work and efficiency!

We have not scheduled the job yet, but Tyler Woody performed our inspection yesterday. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He made sure all our questions were answered. He took pictures of the crawl space to show us the problems, what things could become problematic in the future, and even what looked good. I would definitely recommend Tyler to perform inspections in anyone's home.

My experience with JES Foundation Repair was a positive one. My sales rep, Chad drove two hours to meet with me at my property in Reedville, VA to review repair work I needed done to a rotted out, two story-shed foundation box. He later met with me and my wife at our home in Richmond to explain the solution they proposed using photos he had taken. He was polite, professional and friendly and took time to answer our questions. The initial scheduling date had to be postponed due to icy weather. JES communicated well the entire time and the work was rescheduled to a later date. On the day the work was to begin the crew called me to say they were on route and they also provided a link via text that allowed me to track their arrival time. Paul Fundersol was the foreman, Mark Collins, Co-Foreman and Jonah Board an installer. And let me tell you this crew WORKED. It was a hell of a job but they attacked it like pros.They tolerated my "hovering" and gave me quite an education in building construction along the way. As with any job there are often curveballs that pop up and this one was no exception, including the discovery of enough tree roots to dam a small river and the unfortunate discovery of a freshly deceased possum resting in peace beneath the floor boards. Watching these guys problem solve and overcome the difficulties of this job was impressive. I sincerely thank the three of them for their knowledge, strong backs, and their attitudes. Three great guys. In closing they saved my building and I'm very happy with the results of the work they completed.
