The Charleston team is fantastic. They came when they said they would. They worked hard to complete the job even though it was 95 degrees outside and under the house was hotter than that and they were all dressed in coveralls. They were all very professional from beginning to the end. I would recommend them to anyone looking to encapsulate their crawl space. The team for my home was Nate, Joe and Darryl. Thank you guys.

My old house needs some love and I had concerns about my flooring. But after working with Elliot, my worries were put to rest. He arrived promptly and listened carefully. He was a great sport about shimmying into the crawl space where he immediately encountered a dead rat, which didn't faze him a bit. Thankfully it's only a subfloor issue. Elliot explained a couple of ways to go about fixing it. I will definitely be using Mount Valley Foundation to replace the subfloor when the time comes to move on this project. So thankful to be worry-free! A+++++++

Anderson was very informative on the step by step process for a crawlspace encapsulation and installation of a dehumidifier. He provided pictures of the areas that need taken care of. The crew Darrell, Andrew and EJ were great! Darrell called every morning to let me know they were on the way. He let me know the progress they were making and the issues he saw. When the job was complete he send me the pictures of the final encapsulation and dehumidifier. It looks amazing! They were very professional and polite.
