I want to commend the outstanding work of Will Soulier (Foreman), Jimmy Bracey IV, and Myshaun Joyner. This crew recently installed eight foundation piers–six on my property and two at my neighbor's–to prevent further settling. Their performance, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. Despite a mid-project equipment failure, Will quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, minimizing downtime and keeping the job on track. His leadership was confident, calm, and efficient. Jimmy and Myshaun worked with focus, precision, and a strong sense of purpose–even while managing the challenge of my home's low-amperage breaker constantly tripping. Without the need to consult their foreman, they remained proactive and task-oriented, clearly taking full ownership of their roles. Both demonstrated strong leadership potential. Equally impressive was their demeanor throughout the day. They were respectful and patient around my children and tolerant of my presence as I observed the work. When my curiosity prompted questions, they each took the time to explain the process with professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge. They maintained clear attention to safety at all times and were remarkably considerate of my property–protecting the lawn, landscaping, and fixtures with great care. The fact that they completed the full scope of work in a single business day, with quality and efficiency, speaks volumes about their coordination and work ethic. This crew represented their company with integrity, craftsmanship, and pride. Their work and conduct reflect the highest standards, and I couldn't be more impressed with the outcome.

I recently had foundation work completed by Mount Valley Foundation at my property, and I could not be more impressed with the results. From start to finish, the team, Jarrod, Mason, and Kincade demonstrated exceptional professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail. They thoroughly inspected the issue, clearly explained the underlying problems, and offered a practical plan that fit both my needs and budget. The three man crew arrived on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept the work area clean and safe. They communicated progress throughout the project, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process. Once the work was complete, they walked me through everything they had done and made sure all my questions were answered. The quality of the repair is outstanding?my home feels more stable, the cracks have been addressed, and I have peace of mind knowing the foundation is solid for the long term. After interviewing two other men whom I would not even trust to water my flowers, I found Dan Rubenstein with Mountain Valley Foundation. What a gem of a professional! He showed us photos of our crawl space problem, explained the restoration thoroughly, and even gave his time and expertise in a follow up phone call. We are quite thrilled. I had an appointment with Mr Edwardson and he arrived on time. After explaining what I needed he spent the time to draw up a plan with 3 different scenarios. We sat down. And he discussed all of the options along with the various payment plans. I would highly recommend this company and specifically Mr Edwardson.

Please see the earlier review (3/12) for context. I wanted to take a moment to share my experience with Mt. Valley Foundation Services regarding our sump pump installation. Overall, the team did an excellent job with both the initial installation and the subsequent repair of the discharge lines, which had come apart over time. They were professional, transparent, and truly seemed to care about the project. The only challenge I encountered was not with Mt. Valley Foundation Services itself, but rather with its parent company, Ground Works. From my experience, Ground Works has acquired many smaller foundation companies across the U.S., and it seems they may be struggling with logistical coordination. The call center they use is not very user-friendly, and I experienced multiple miscommunications and scheduling errors. Unfortunately, this puts Mt. Valley Foundation Services at the mercy of Ground Works' logistical issues. That said, I highly recommend working with Mt. Valley Foundation Services. My advice is to obtain the names and direct contact information of the service team when booking—this makes future communication significantly easier. Once I was able to reach the team directly, they went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. Living in a flood-prone area, I feel confident that the sump pump project they completed will be a tremendous benefit to our home and property. A big thanks to Danny (the manager) and his team for their outstanding work!
