We’ve had some basement flooding issues over the years. In 2023 we hired Groundworks to assist with the mitigation. We just had our 1 year preventive maintenance. Josh Moreno was our inspector. He was polite, thorough, and knowledgeable about our systems in place. He tested everything and walked us through the process as he did it. We’re pleased with Groundworks and Josh!

They showed up on time, paid attention to the details, and made sure everything was done right. The finished work exceeded my expectations, and the concrete looks and functions so much better. Groundworks – we were so skeptical. Had so many questions and then tried to resolve the matter on our own (by slanting adjacent soils away from the house). However, our house new (15-18 years old) extension kept sinking. So for us we ordered screw jacks. It’s still too new to know how well this will work but we do know Doors are already easier to operate The warranty is lifelong on the house And, the crew that installed it could in been more professional nor caring if our property. Big shout out to the foreman Silvino Hernandez and his amazing crew Alvin, Jorge, Antonio and Roberto. Thank you for easing our minds that this was the right direction for us.

When we selected the best option to help protect the health of my immunocompromised wife, the contract process was both detailed and quick. Communication was great through the whole process. Our installation team of Francisco, Salvador and Rene were on time, thorough, clean and made sure they never disrupted our daily routine. We were very impressed by their professionalism and made sure we had the opportunity to inspect work on a daily basis to make sure it met our expectations. We're extremely happy with the work Groundworks' foreman, Francisco, and his associates, Rene and Jose, performed for us. The company was extremely proactive and responsive. They obtained our permit very quickly and subsequently performed the service sooner than expected. The crew, Francisco, Rene, and Jose, arrived early, performed the work with care, cleaned up impeccably, and even left our property in better shape than they found it, fully relaying a brick utility pad that had been half removed due to a previous project. Their lifetime guarantee for the work will fully transfer to future owners, and they come out once a year to maintain quality assurance. I will happily recommend Groundworks to anyone I meet in the future who may need foundation stabilization. Thank you Groundworks for your time and attention to our project!
