You never know if a big company is just telling you what you want to hear. When your house is starting to fall apart, big ticket items like fixing your foundation is scary. For a moment, we weren’t sure if we went with the right company. And then Jeremy Elston showed up. It felt like the first time someone was telling us the truth and not scamming us. He was so incredibly thorough and respectful of our home. He took his time and explained to us what he was doing and why. Foundation repairs aren’t always one and done. When the time came to make some adjustments, Jeremy was back and walking us through next steps. We feel confident in the work done and its impact to our home. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve actually stopped having nightmares about the house falling apart. Every professional needs to take a page out of Jeremy’s book.

On remediation day 1, Silvino contacted me regarding his arrival time. The excellent communication continued over the 2 days they were in my home. His team was polite, professional and extremely clean. They minimized the intrusion in my life, which isn't easy when you have jackhammers in your basement.
