Groundworks took over the company that had installed my encapsulation. That company seemed to do a good job but they never followed up to do an inspection like they said they would. Chris at Groundworks recently came out to inspect and service the crawl space dehumidifier. He did a thorough inspection and fixed the dehumidifier. Chris was very nice and professional and communicated prior to the inspection as to timing of when he would arrive. The person I talked to in the office was also very nice and professional. Excellent service from Chris and Groundworks.

I was not able to inspect the work due to an injury but was able to see the levels as they jacked up the floor joists, and they did get the floors level and close up some of the gaps. Professional, courteous, respectful of our property and friendly as well. Kept me informed at every step and gave explanations for all my questions.
