I bought my home a few years ago and was fortunate to have already had AquaGuard solutions implemented in the home by the previous homeowner. I realized this year that I was yet to have an annual inspection and just had them in to do a thorough review. Nick Beuoy was a wonderful representative for the company based on his complete knowledge of the products, customer focus and willingness to listen. He helped educate me on what had been done, what should be considered for future maintenance and worked with me on an extended multi-year annual inspection plan. I feel comfortable with the protection of my foundation and grounds as the big storms roll through. Thanks Nick!

Let's face it nobody ever 'wants' to spend money on costly foundation & driveway repairs, but when you do, you want it to be done right. We had our cracks and settling in our 10-year old driveway. The install team of Raymond and Brian (ATL crew) not only ensured that everything was done according to the contract, but actually went the additional mile to do a bit more work that I thought was going to be done (at no additional cost) to ensure that I "fully satisfied" with the results. That level of commitment, obviously backed by the central office leadership, is what makes good companies stand out to be great. Thanks to the team for your quality of service. A job well done.

My parents had the pleasure of being serviced by an amazing group of professionals on today (Mason, Mason, Luis, Maceo, and Isaiah). The guys arrived on time and ready to work. Their teamwork amongst each other was impeccable and that speaks volumes. The job was explained very thoroughly and done to our satisfaction. We received exceptional service! I was relieved to discover there were no issues with my foundation, but he did discover an issue with my back porch slab that other companies I’d used didn’t find. I cannot speak highly enough of the field supervisor, Frankie Jasinski. He was extremely responsive to the issues we experienced at our home following the installation. When we called regarding water entering the basement after the install, he came out promptly to assess the situation. Within just a few hours, he had a crew scheduled to come out and make the necessary repairs. After the recent rains, the repair proved successful, and we are happy to report that there is no longer any water entering the basement.
