As a Realtor®, my top priority is ensuring my clients get the absolute best, especially when it comes to something as important as their home’s foundation. I had the pleasure of working with Mark Snelling from AquaGuard, and I can’t say enough about his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to go the extra mile. Mark didn’t just inspect the home—he took the time to educate me and my clients every step of the way. He even let me step into the crawl space with him so I could learn firsthand! His dedication and expertise gave us so much peace of mind during this process. Mark, thank you for your patience, thoroughness, and for treating this home as if it were your own. It was an absolute pleasure working with you!

My parents had the pleasure of being serviced by an amazing group of professionals on today (Mason, Mason, Luis, Maceo, and Isaiah). The guys arrived on time and ready to work. Their teamwork amongst each other was impeccable and that speaks volumes. The job was explained very thoroughly and done to our satisfaction. We received exceptional service! Also, the willingness to make sure my mom was satisfied before they left truly meant a lot and shows great customer service. I would highly recommend these guys for the job. A++!!!

I recently commissioned AquaGuard to help with a sump pump and water problem in my basement and crawlspace. For the 5 years I've lived her when it would rain heavy the basement would get damp and flood. I should have done this project a long time ago. My crew of Samarie and Chris did a great job finishing the project in 2 days and cleaning up after themselves.

Craig and Jabari worked on repairing our front steps which were falling away from the house, performed a lift to one side of our drive way which had settled causing a tripping hazard, and performed a lift to our front sidewalk which had also settled. Their work ethic is excellent, they communicated their progress throughout the day and we are very satisfied with the end result. They were also very polite.

Brian McMaster genuinely cared about doing the job right. He worked diligently to reinstall a loose stone, adjusted the walkway by both injecting poly and grinding edges to reduce any trip hazard. He filled in gaps between sections of the walk and steps. A true gentleman. Aquaguard is fortunate to have such a thorough and professional employee. Thank you Brian.
