Aquaguard waterproofed my basement efficiently and professionally. I can't say enough good things about this company. Blake, the sales representative for this project, demonstrated a high level of professionalism and expertise. His extensive knowledge was particularly impressive. Kornbread, serving as the project manager, along with his team members -Wheeler and Jojo – demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout the project. The team was punctual, maintained clear communication, respected the premises, provided thorough explanations at each stage of the process, and consistently delivered high-quality results. Kornbread possesses extensive knowledge and a high-level of expertise on basement waterproofing. He also showed me photos of my basement to highlight pre-existing conditions, and he provided photo updates as work progressed. Kornbread, Wheeler, and Jojo installed an interior drainage system and vapor barrier to ensure the basement remained dry. Their integrity was evident in all aspects of their work. The team ensured the worksite was clean throughout and upon completion, leaving behind workmanship of the highest standard. I highly recommend this company.

I recently had AquaGuard address a moisture issue in my basement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the first consultation, their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained the root cause and the best solutions. Blake did an outstanding job walking me through the process, presenting the options in a way that was easy to understand and pressure-free. Once the plan was in place, Kurt, the installer, led the team with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. The AquaGuard team worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and minimized disruptions. Now, my basement is dry, and I no longer have to worry about moisture issues. I used AquaGuard for my home concrete project. I had the best Technicians ever, Jeremy Wesley and Lynch Dunn. As soon as they arrived at my home, they introduced themselves and explained to me what was about to take place in the leveling of my project. Throughout the project, they both kept me informed, and asked if I had any questions. When I asked questions, it was explained to me in layman's terms so I could comprehend exactly what was being done. Jeremy and Lynch definitely earned 5 stars and apparently work as an awesome team.

This will be the First of at least two or more reviews on AquaGuard. We started our journey with AquaGuard in August 2023. Regretfully, I encountered several Health Related Issues and my wife and I had to place on indefinite hold, how we were going to prepare the basement for the work project. We'll, my Health Issues have improved i called AquaGuard to see if we could get the project started again. Because my Rep had left the company I found out, I contacted our Scheduler, Conner and left a message. Conner forwarded my message to the East Point Branch of AquaGuard, and Corey contacted me in less than 24 hours. Corey treated me with the upmost respect and asked if he could se d Bryan out to our home, tonsee where we were regarding the Project. Well I thought Corey was a Find, we Bryan was excellent in all ways. Bryan listened to us, made some absolute wonderful suggestions to the Project, reworked it with a revised quote and we signed the revised quote immediately. We are so greatfful for AquaGuard and will be looking forward to a dry basement thanks, to Bryan, Corey and let's not forget Conner. Also to Dave Baker on Radio Station AM750.. Will be writing another followup Review after the Project is completed in February. Thanks

I had this company come out several years ago to repair a large, leaky basement storage room and they did a fabulous job. I have not seen one drop of water since they repaired things. Then last year I had to have part of my foundation repaired as it had settled so much there were cracks everywhere on the side of my home. I don't remember all of the technicians, but one of them was Daquan and he, as well as the others, was very skillful, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Then today Michael Freeman came out for the annual inspection, and worked very hard, completely replacing my unit with a new, updated one for no cost. Michael is yet another great AquaGuard technician who really knows his stuff, and who is professional but also caring. Kudos to AquaGuard for hiring only the best!

Mason, Mason, and Luis… These 3 guys performed the crawl space clean up and enclosure work at my house. My house is an old 1950s home with a lot of junk inside the crawl space, not to mention a tight crawl space that reaches as high as 17 inches in some areas. They nanaged to pull out old piping, several cinder blocks, a couple of loose retention wall blocks that were used by previous owners to jack up parts of the floor, and the normal trask that past workers have left. Mason, Mason, and Luis performed the work in a total of 2 days. Overall, my interaction with the team was positive, smooth, and very professional. Mason is a relaxed professional focused on getting the job done and making sure the customer is satisfied and happy with the completed work. I've worked as customer reps dealing with contractors in the past, and my experience with Mason and his team was one of the best I've had. I highly recommend this team: professional, hard-working, "get it done" approach, and seeks customer satisfaction. Thank you Mason, Mason, and Luis.
