The experience from start to finish went smoothly. First, meeting with Jonathon on site was great. He mapped out the project precisely, thorough and to my expectations! Made sure I was comfortable with what needed to be done. Scheduling the project was very easy and was completed on schedule. Shawn and Chris, the technicians, were unbelievable! This was not an easy job! They took their time figuring out the right way to tackle this challenging project! They busted their butts to make it right for me! After the completion, Shawn made sure I was happy with the job he did! I highly recommend AquaGuard for any type of water damaging project, they will solve it!

March 24th 2026 Taylor Smith from Aqua guard team came to the house because of a home inspection that was completed by a buyer of my property and had an issue with the dip in the dining room area. I was concerned because the closing is Monday. Taylor came and assured me He would take care of the issue. He went under the crawl space and adjusted two Jacks which Aqua Guard had installed in 2022. The flooring was raised to the correct level and this was a great relief. Taylor very professional and did a great job. The buyer can take over the warranty because it is for lifetime and is transferable. Again Thanks Taylor and Aqua Guard East Point Ga Team

I inquired via phone number (basement flood) and instantly I was contacted and someone (Landon Dungo) came out that day. He was very informative and I understood everything he explained. The crew came from East Point and the lead was Kevin. Initially there was a huge misunderstanding about what was to take place and within an hour it was all worked out and th job was successfully completed. I was very happy and satisfied with the work, th clean up and their professionalism. Though it haven’t rained to see if rain is coming in my basement on that side it I’m certain my problem has been resolved. I highly recommend them.

Relieved and HAPPY!! My crawlspace was encapsulated today. Kornbred, JW and J Wheeler provided the BEST customer service…friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They worked quietly and efficiently while installing the materials and dehumidifier…leaving the area fresh and clean. I don’t think I’ve ever said my crawlspace was fresh. Thank you guys! I recently had AquaGuard address a moisture issue in my basement, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. From the first consultation, their team demonstrated exceptional knowledge and professionalism. They took the time to thoroughly assess the situation and clearly explained the root cause and the best solutions. Blake did an outstanding job walking me through the process, presenting the options in a way that was easy to understand and pressure-free. Once the plan was in place, Kurt, the installer, led the team with precision and care. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project. The AquaGuard team worked efficiently, kept the workspace clean, and minimized disruptions. Now, my basement is dry, and I no longer have to worry about moisture issues. I’m incredibly satisfied with their work and highly recommend AquaGuard for anyone dealing with basement moisture problems!

This will be the First of at least two or more reviews on AquaGuard. We started our journey with AquaGuard in August 2023. Regretfully, I encountered several Health Related Issues and my wife and I had to place on indefinite hold, how we were going to prepare the basement for the work project. We'll, my Health Issues have improved i called AquaGuard to see if we could get the project started again. Because my Rep had left the company I found out, I contacted our Scheduler, Conner and left a message. Conner forwarded my message to the East Point Branch of AquaGuard, and Corey contacted me in less than 24 hours. Corey treated me with the upmost respect and asked if he could se d Bryan out to our home, tonsee where we were regarding the Project. Well I thought Corey was a Find, we Bryan was excellent in all ways. Bryan listened to us, made some absolute wonderful suggestions to the Project, reworked it with a revised quote and we signed the revised quote immediately. We are so greatfful for AquaGuard and will be looking forward to a dry basement thanks, to Bryan, Corey and let's not forget Conner. Also to Dave Baker on Radio Station AM750.. Will be writing another followup Review after the Project is completed in February. Thanks

AquaGuard was fantastic from the first appointment all the way through installation and beyond. Will, the sales rep, did a great job of explaining my options with no pressure to make a decision. The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. AquaGuard has proven why they are clearly the best in the business.
