Aquaguard — specifically, our inspector Mark Lyons — did a great job diagnosing the cause of our sagging floor. He explained the issue, checked and double-checked the measurements, and gave us a fair price on adding a steel beam with supports to solve the problem. He didn't oversell us on unneeded work; instead, he worked to help us solve the issue we had. The folks at the office filed all the paperwork for the necessary permits and made scheduling installation easy and painless. The installation crew — Jermane, Zeke, and Bryan — were polite, professional, and excellent at their work. They arrived on schedule and Jermane made sure we were all on the same page about the scope and timeline for the work before they began. They finished the job quickly, left everything clean, and were communicative and polite throughout the process. Spending money on this type of repair is never anyone's first choice, but if you have basement work that needs to be done, Aquaguard was wonderful to me and my family and I would recommend you include them on your list of people to get quotes from.

We've had many projects completed by Aquaguard and I'm always impressed with their thoroughness. Our technician, Mark, did his yearly preventative maintenance on our basement dehumidifier, saved us some money by signing us to a 3 year maintenance plan (we have done and will continue to do yearly maintenance). He then took pictures of our house and made some suggestions that I could fix myself. I recommend Aquaguard for any foundation work.
