We had Zachary Pate come out to do our initial inspection and quote on our house and he was phenomenal. Extremely helpful. Made sure to be as straightforward as possible about everything. Initially, I was warned by family against aquaguard because they are considered “too pricey.” But I left the initial inspection feeling like the price was extremely fair especially given the warranties they grant on their work. My experience with them so far has been nothing but pleasant.

I had some concerns about the foundation of my home and scheduled an appointment with AquaGuard. Mark and Clark were assigned to assess the situation and advise on any potential issues, along with possible solutions and costs. When I arrived at my home, they were already waiting, which showed great punctuality. Both were friendly, took the time to explain their roles and the company’s services, and shared how long they’ve been with AquaGuard. They made sure to understand my concerns thoroughly before beginning their inspection. Mark and Clark were very thorough, checking both the interior and exterior of my home multiple times. They demonstrated a deep knowledge of foundation issues, sharing their past experiences with similar cases and providing helpful tips on what to watch for moving forward. They reassured me that there were no immediate concerns, which was a huge relief. They even gave me their personal contact information in case I had any questions later. Overall, the entire experience was positive, and I felt confident in their expertise. I highly recommend AquaGuard to anyone dealing with foundation or waterproofing issues. After months of hell attempting to work with a local small business to repair the crawlspace in my nearly 50 year old home, AquaGuard demonstrated why quality and integrity matter. Jim was extremely thorough with his inspection and took care to find a financing solution that worked with my budget and still managed to ensure that my home would be healthy and stable. Financing was a breeze. Joseph & Steven did a wonderful job converting my musty, molding, sagging crawlspace into an underground Taj Mahal. It's absolutely beautiful, and as a 6th generation baker, a stable kitchen is a requirement in any home I reside. Every person I had the pleasure of interacting with treated my home and little family with respect and care. Thank you for being the reminder I needed that there truly are good people in the world. AquaGuard has proven why they are clearly the best in the business.

AquaGuard just finished a complex job for us (we had water leaking down our concrete foundation into the basement space). I would highly recommend AguaGuard's East Point location. Mike and Albert were absolutely amazing! Professional, courteous, and hardworking! Both gentlemen were well-versed in their trade, took great care to keep our house dust free and clean throughout every step of the process. The repair was completely in a timely manner, they worked quickly and efficiently, and were able to keep the noise disruption to a minimum as well. Incredibly impressed with this organization throughout the whole process. Five stars! Highly recommend them for any basement/foundation issues.

AquaGuard was fantastic from the first appointment all the way through installation and beyond. Will, the sales rep, did a great job of explaining my options with no pressure to make a decision. The crew – Stephen, Darrell, and Derrick – came out on a day that ended up having some torrential downpours and did a great job with an amazing attitude. That was no feat given that it was the day before a hurricane came through! Frankie, the installation manager, followed up to check on my satisfaction and was quick to send another crew out to address one fix needed because of the storm. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

The crew (Carlos, Tim, and Tyrese) were great! Very respectful, answered all of our questions and made sure they put straw and grass seeds back to fix where they were working. They worked very hard and even in not so great weather conditions outside! It was very wet and muddy outside due to the rain and that didn’t stop them from repairing our foundation and doing an excellent job! Thank you and would definitely do business again and recommend them!
