Interesting. I left a mixed Google review of JES a few months ago. They replied that they checked their records, I was not in their file, and to call them to follow up. The next day, I received a phone call from someone claiming to be from JES, and we set a date and time for him to come to my home to check the problems I had with the work. This person never showed up. Was he even with JES or was someone trying to scam me in some way? I searched his phone number online and nothing came up.

Joey McCullough took the time to thoroughly assess the condition of my crawlspace, explain the encapsulation process in detail, and answer all of my questions. Awesome company, especially their customer rep Blake Snidow. I expected a hard sell for services I may have not needed, and instead got an amiable, no-nonsense evaluation of available options – with no upsell pressure. Blake was timely, kept me informed of his schedule, and was very professional in his evaluation and fiscally conservative on his presentation of options. The fact that they are an employee-owned company probably has the effect of producing professionals like Blake.

Chad Anderson, JES Certified Field Inspector, diagnosed and solved a years long basement water issue by suggesting I run my water related kitchen and laundry appliances while he was inspecting my home’s foundation for water seepage in the unfinished basement. Turned out the problem was not basement’s foundation at all, but rather a plumbing drainage issue. Chad Anderson is an exemplary professional. He was thorough in his diagnosing and deliberations with me throughout his visit. He couldn’t have been more patient, insightful and good-natured in spite of the outcome of his inspection. I would highly recommend Chad to anyone seeking honest assessment of suspected foundation issues.

I have been a customer with JES for about a year now. We purchased our home and quickly realized within the first few months there were some problems missed in inspection. JES came out promptly, gave us understandable answers. At the one year mark of service, we had Gage come out to check out how everything was looking under the house. He was communicative, on time, and very professional while also being friendly and explaining everything. Unfortunately some new issues have arisen but he made the "bad news" feel less upsetting and was more than willing to work around what we could try to accomplish budget wise. Gage followed up fast too in scheduling the dates for service. I truthfully cannot imagine the level of professionalism and speed from any other service than what JES provides.
