Overall I am very happy with the work that JES has done for my homes. Their service and remediation teams are professional, providing clarity and regular communication on the work done. They reach out on regular intervals to reinspect their work to make sure there are no reoccurring issues. James Cook was fantastic in answering my questions and providing details on options to solve my concerns and improve my homes comfort. He was timely and respectful to those of us working from home. Overall, a top notch experience.

My experience with JES for the most part was great! Mr. John Trak was my initial inspector who confirmed my fears, but showed me the best way to fix the problem. There were a few scheduling conflicts but once my crew showed up they completed my project in two days. Thank you Dustin my site lead, once he took control he showed up, and performed. Jordan, and Lewis were the other crew members they worked efficiently and smart. JES Foundation and Repair gave me peace of mind, a secured foundation, and added value to my home.

Chad Anderson came to my house to address my concerns with our sidewalk leading to the front steps. It has sunk over the years and I thought it would need to be broken up and replaced. He showed me there is a better way and walked me through the process. Chad was very professional, not pushy, no sales pitch, and he listened to my concerns. Very pleased with what he showed me, I signed the contract, and we are setting up a date for the work to be completed.

What a wonderful crew they sent Marty and a younger guy worked for 3 hours in the heat pumping foam nonstop. I dont know what kind of void was under there but they had to come back on another day. The second time worked they filled in some cracks to the slab being lifted which is normal. I feel bad I didnt get the young guys name but I couldnt be happier with their professionalism and dedication to get the job done right.
