Any question or concern I have is promptly addressed. The process of foundation repair and waterproofing was so overwhelming, but Groundworks went above and beyond to make it as seamless as possible. During recent annual maintenance, my mom and I had the pleasure of working with Gabriel YoNash. He caught an issue with one of the wall anchors and promptly arranged for repair. He also recommended a dehumidifier for my basement as the humidity level was above normal, placing me and my son at risk for mold exposure. I feel well-taken care of and highly recommend Groundworks.

I had some work done to resolve water collecting under an addition of our home late last year. Crew did a great job, were professional, and was happy with the end product. Recently had some rain and some concerns came up. Stopped by local shop and JR and his crew were unloading from another job. Talked with him about concerns and he followed me out to my house immediately. Checked everything to make sure it was working properly and did some additional work to resolve some other issues not covered under warranty/service plan. JR and his crew also hung around to discuss some other concerns not related to their work. Extremely helpful, professional, and would definitely recommend them.

We had our yearly inspection with Caden… he was absolutely genuine and very professional. He noticed that there was black mold in the crawl space and he recommended that have it insulated and waterproofed. We also needed some electrical work done to allow our sub pump to run properly. Our project was scheduled for Feb 3rd. We were extremely impressed with how well the foreman Iran * communicated with us and made sure that the project was completed to our satisfaction. His team of Chris *. And Earl * were extremely friendly and did a great job with clearing out the mess from inside the crawl space. We are very pleased with how well the project was completed.

Had not heard of concrete lifting until late last year. Have had settled concrete slabs on our sidewalk along with a settling slab on the walkway to our front door. These were both an eyesore and a hazard (my husband tripped and had a hard fall). Celeste came to the house and proposed a course of action. She explained things and stayed until our questions were answered. We are very happy with the results. When the sidewalk slabs could not be sufficiently lifted because of underlying roots, they replaced the slabs with new concrete at no extra charge! The employees are all very friendly, courteous and responsive.
