I had a JES liner installed many years ago and it held up very well. Time, however, had taken a toll on it as uneven levels have showed signs of water collection not getting to the sump pump, even though no breech of the original liner occurred. JES sent what must be their dream team to my house to add better drainage and a second pump in the other discovered lower location. Michael Kimberland, Ian Chisom, and team lead Curtis McCann did an amazing job of reworking the space and keeping me appraised of their progress. When the post-work cleanup was finished, you would only know they were there by how nice the crawl space looked! KUDOS to the JES Team!

We had our yearly service to Our equipment that JES foundation repair installed. It has always been a pleasure to do Business with JES foundation repair. Garrett Williams was the service technician to come out. He called when he was on the way and was on time to do the service. He was very Knowledgeable on what he was doing and a pleasure to talk to. He informed us on how the service would be done. He removed our two pumps to service and found both pumps to have bad check valves. He replaced both valves and reinstalled the pumps, rechecked operation and finished the service. JES foundation repair has always sent nice service technicians out to do the service. But Garrett Williams has far been the best one to come out. I highly recommend JES foundation repair to anyone that has foundation issues. & ask for Garrett Williams for your Service work. Upon discovering that when our now four-year-old home was built, the support beams in our crawlspace had not been properly installed, nor had adequate ventilation been provided resulting in the stability of our home being in jeopardy. We began a search for a reputable company to address our issues. We found JES. We were fortunate to have Charles Logan as the representative to assess our needs. Charles was very thorough in determining what needed to be done. Zachary Conner and Michael Kimberlin were assigned to perform the work. They were very conscientious in taking the steps that were needed and keeping us well informed along the way. Charles, Zachary, and Michael were very professional, very pleasant, and respectful of our property. Thank you for putting our minds at ease and in making our home feel safe.

We had extensive foundation issues that needed remediation. We contacted JES Foundation Repair. JES sent a Certified Field Inspector who performed a complete interior and exterior inspection and recommended the repairs needed. Next, Foreman Rob Dye and Juan Alverez were sent to perform the repairs.They were extremely professional, fast, polite and hard working. They answered all of our questions and made the experience far less stressful for us. They even worked one Sunday and Christmas Eve to complete the project as fast as possible. We cannot be more pleased with the job and the professionalism the crew displayed. Don’t procrastinate with potential foundation issues. Our foundation was in stage 4 failure. Stage 5 is foundation collapse. We recommend calling JES for a free detailed inspection before it’s too late. We are glad we called.

I had some work done to resolve water collecting under an addition of our home late last year. Crew did a great job, were professional, and was happy with the end product. Recently had some rain and some concerns came up. Stopped by local shop and JR and his crew were unloading from another job. Talked with him about concerns and he followed me out to my house immediately. Checked everything to make sure it was working properly and did some additional work to resolve some other issues not covered under warranty/service plan. JR and his crew also hung around to discuss some other concerns not related to their work. Extremely helpful, professional, and would definitely recommend them.
