OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! I had concrete lift and basement gutters and sump pumps installed. Two different crews were involved and both crews were extremely skilled and experienced. They completed their work quickly and cleaned up completely. I would recommend JES and especially these two crews to anyone. The basement crew was Jason, Kinzie, Jordan and Jobert. Great job EVERYONE!!! And THANKS!!!

We had extensive foundation issues that needed remediation. We contacted JES Foundation Repair. JES sent a Certified Field Inspector who performed a complete interior and exterior inspection and recommended the repairs needed. Next, Foreman Rob Dye and Juan Alverez were sent to perform the repairs.They were extremely professional, fast, polite and hard working. They answered all of our questions and made the experience far less stressful for us. They even worked one Sunday and Christmas Eve to complete the project as fast as possible. We cannot be more pleased with the job and the professionalism the crew displayed. Don’t procrastinate with potential foundation issues. Our foundation was in stage 4 failure. Stage 5 is foundation collapse. We recommend calling JES for a free detailed inspection before it’s too late. We are glad we called.

Absolutely love these guys! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we understood our system and they saved us so much money. The job is perfect. We are under a flood watch right now and before they fixed the basement it would be full of multiple feet of water. Finding them has been such a blessing. Sofia Gick, Stacey Scott, and Daniel Johnson were absolutely amazing. I would refer them to anyone needing service. Perfect experience.

The crew of Reed Norvell, Juan Alvarez, and Kenley Ussery completed the work efficiently and left the work area clean. Reed reviewed the planned work, identified cost, and how long the job would take before starting the work. Once into the job, Reed identified some changes that were needed to the planned work and discussed the options answering all of my questions. The change was scheduled and completed the next day. Once the work was done, Reed walked me through a summary of what had been done. Great work crew with an amazing work ethic. Very pleased with the work and communications.
