IBA has been here three times and I’ve been satisfied each time. Jake ******** and Joe ********* did the inspection for the braces which were installed a year ago. They thoroughly checked every area of the basement, tightened bolts, etc. and explained in detail what they were doing, what they were looking for. They noticed my sump pump should be replaced soon, suggested a better system. I agreed and a date was scheduled for later that week for installation Brandon, Anthony, and Shane came for the installation of a state of the art sump pump system. They prepared the area, installed, cleaned up when done. They explained exactly what they were doing for each step. Jake had called to set up the inspection appt for him and Joe. It was easy to schedule. I was informed when they were on their way. Brandon let me know when he, Anthony, and Shane were on their way I appreciate how well the company and employees communicate for scheduling and while they are doing their work. The foundation and basement have been inspected by professionals and problems have been addressed and solved. The work that’s been done and the cost involved is so worth the peace of mind I have. Thank you Innovative Basement Authority and your skilled employees! I definitely would recommend IBA! Cindy ****

I’ve used A1 many times through my job and have always had great experiences, so when I had a major water leak at my home, they were my first call. Adam arrived quickly and got straight to work. He was extremely professional and took the time to explain exactly what was causing the issue and how he planned to fix it. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable he was and how efficiently everything was handled. I’m very pleased with the outcome and how fast he was able to help during a stressful situation. My entire experience with JES has left me completely satisfied. My project was a two day job scheduled by the Inspecter Ryan at the time of his initial visit and the signing of the contract. The foreman, Gregory Shock showed up on time on the days scheduled, April 21st and 22nd, 2025. His attention to detail was incredible and his willingness to answer questions and explain all of the process was so much more than I could have expected. Both during the project and upon completion, he showed himself to be personable, professional, knowledgeable, and able to go above and beyond to make sure that both my wife and I were fully satisfied with the work he performed. His clean-up was thorough. making sure that anything that he disturbed was left as he had found it originally. he even took the time to answer questions before he left related to the warranty on the work that he had performed. Thank you JES, Ryan, and most of all the guy that really did the hard work, Greg
