There are so many companies online and you never know what to really expect. I was surprised this company services my area. I had a leaking shower faucet that was repaired with new fixtures and an access panel was installed. Chris D did a great job and was very professional. He took pictures during the initial visit and discussed the process of what would need to be done. During the day of the repair, he showed me the old values that were removed and also demonstrated how to use the new shower values. I like the fact that this company provides customers with text alerts and phone calls prior to arriving so you know exactly who is coming to your home. I think the representatives at the main office were also helpful by providing me with a breakdown of all the charges for the job.

Ryan and Josh were excellent. They were quiet as my husband is ill and were able to accomplish the task of installing a new shower faucet in a timely manner. The access had to go through a wall which can be quite loud, but they were so quiet he did not know they were there. I am impressed! They cleaned up and the job is first rate. Will be a go to in the future for problems !!
