We cannot say enough great things about Jack Jill with JES. Jack has consistently provided an exceptional level of service, professionalism, and expertise. In an industry where trust and reliability matter tremendously, he has continually gone above and beyond for both our team and our clients. His communication is prompt, thorough, and honest, and he takes the time to clearly explain his findings and recommendations in a way clients can truly understand. Beyond his technical knowledge, Jack genuinely cares about the people he serves and approaches every situation with integrity and attention to detail. When it comes to foundation concerns, JES and Jack are always our first call. We have full confidence in the quality of their work and the guidance they provide. It is rare to find someone who combines such high-level expertise with outstanding customer service, and we are incredibly grateful to have him as a trusted resource for our clients.

Absolutely love these guys! Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure we understood our system and they saved us so much money. The job is perfect. We are under a flood watch right now and before they fixed the basement it would be full of multiple feet of water. Finding them has been such a blessing. Sofia Gick, Stacey Scott, and Daniel Johnson were absolutely amazing. I would refer them to anyone needing service. Perfect experience.

Timely and professional service from Corey. The solution ended up being something we can do ourselves. I appreciate he didn't try to sell us on a more expensive fix that isn't necessary. I would definitely recommend their company!

We had Richard out to review our project after the crew completed work and I will say Richard is a young and talented supervisor, he was attentive and knowledgeable in the process and products and treated us kindly while helping us understand the project with the hundreds of questions we asked. He constantly kept in contact with us during the entire process and never let us worry!! I have ZERO complaints on how awesome and sweet he is! I would recommend him to anyone and everyone needing work with Groundwork’s!!
