Excellent, professional service! I actually could not say enough about JES. From the moment of arrival to the time of departure, Todd thoroughly explained every step of the process for our evaluation. He even took the time to repeat himself several times as I wanted to ensure I understood everything correctly. He was very thorough and kept us informed throughout. He took what was potentially a negative situation with our foundation situation and turned it into a workable situation that could be fixed with viable options that were affordable for our family.

I really appreciate the thorough inspection Adam Wright in service gave me. Upon arrival, he introduced himself and was friendly with a smile. He introduced himself as my JES Guy and handed me a business card. He was polite and courteous. He noticed a major leak under my house and helped me find a plumber to fix it. Called 4 plumbers to find one. He showed me videos that help me understand my crawlspace and the existing problems to it and proceded to help me resolve them. I recently had work done by JES Foundation Repair, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Shoutout to **Chris Soltis**, **Aaron Hall**, and **Jebediah Anderson** for doing an exceptional job. They were professional, hardworking, punctual, and respectful of my property from start to finish. They worked efficiently, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was completely cleaned up before they left. It is hard to find a crew this dedicated and skilled—I would highly recommend Chris, Aaron, Jebediah, and the whole JES team to anyone needing foundation work!

From the initial contact with Nic, I had nothing but positive interactions with the JES team. Several communications (emails, texts, calls) to make sure we were prepared for the work were welcomed and helpful. Our team on the day of was Reed, Cody, and Albert and, while the temperature outside was quite frigid and windy, these guys were cheery, professional, and knowledgeable. The end result was better than I could've expected! I cannot believe that I haven't heard of this company earlier. MAKE THE CALL.

Fantastic company to work with from start to finish! Starting with Mark walking us through what the needs were to solve our foundation leaking and cracking…he was very professional, knowledgeable and talked with us in terms we could understand. The work crew of Daniel Johnson, Sofia Gick and Stacey Scott were very kind in explaining exactly what they were going to do and even helped correct some of the areas we failed to prepare in advance for the installation. Sofia maintained constant communication with me as I couldn't be at the job site due to work. She even made accommodations for meeting with my disabled mom when a form needed a signature…Thanks Sofia. The whole crew took the time to explain what they had done as modifications had to be made to the plan once they were on site. Just a great experience! We had talked with a local excavation contractor about the job. I'm so very glad we went with JES! The price may be more but the professionalism and kindness of Mark, Daniel, Sofia and Stacey was definitely worth it. We are having JES Foundations do another job at my grandfather's house. They're that good!

This job was in Concord Va. Mark(don’t have his last name handy). Came by, provided very professional evaluation., answered all questions, provided quote and I accepted. To my liking the service date kept getting updated sooner. Four young men arrived. They worked hard, obviously knew what they were doing, were polite, kept me informed, provided quality work, worked well together and cleaned up great. They were: Jose Rubio, David Perdomo, Carlos Carruido and Edras Aguilera (hope spelling is right) It was not cheap but I am confident in their work and very thankful for the manner in which they all represented themselves.
