Couldn't be happier with the project quality and communication from the workers on sight. The crawl space encapsulation looked very meticulously combed over and done with care and skill, the drain lines dug outside were also done with superb quality but the highlight of the project was without a doubt the workers. Reed Norvell, Charles Simmons, and Darin Harris were incredible workers that were extremely polite and transparent about the state of the job as they relayed regular updates. They were all hospitable, and great at making sure we actively understood what was going on every step of the way not to mention how pleasent and enjoyable they were to talk to. Even with a project this vital and expensive it's really the quality of the people and how much you can tell they're putting in that make it a great job and these three workers were truly great, really couldn't ask for more.

These guys are such a blessing. We've had a flood warning and tons of rain the past few days and our basement is bone dry. Before they fixed it it would fill with multiple feet of water during most rains. Sofia Gick, Stacey Scott, and Daniel Johnson were so amazing. Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They made sure I fully understood our new system and they walked me thru multiple times during the job to explain what they would be doing. I would totally refer them to anyone needing a job done.

John Stone did the initial assessment and explained our options including financing. Alfonso Cobos and Mihail Gadjelor installed basement gutters and supports to stabilize our front porch. They were responsive and kept us informed of schedule adjustments. All JES employees were clearly experienced and answered any questions we had.

Thank you JES for a job well done. The crew, led by Foreman Charles Byers, were very professional, conscientious, courteous, hard working young men. Charles explained everything they needed to accomplish as they went along. This was not an easy job, running into several unexpected problems due to inadequate, unstable, unusual footing work done by the builder of 20 years ago. Our pier issues were solved due to the diligent hands on hard work performed by this crew, along with the JES engineers and supervisors that were consulted. They were calm and considered this job just another problem to be solved. This two day job became a labor intensive five day job. We are so very pleased with the final outcome, knowing our house is now safe due to this wonderful crew. Thank you Charles Byers, Chris Weddel, Garrett Williams and Reed Norvel.

Thank you to the entire crew (with Ky Belgrove and Emory Smith) led by Kenley Ussery. They all did amazing work for us. They all went above and beyond for us along with the extra guidance of another manager, Dalton. Thank you guys, we appreciate you all! We will be calling on JES again for any future issues, and highly recommend JES to our friends and family.
They were punctual and very personal. Staff was polite and efficient! They even added on to the job and still got it done in a 1.5 days….
They were punctual and very personal. Staff was polite and efficient! They even added on to the job and still got it done in a 1.5 days. When we thought we had a problem after the job was finished they came back no charge and added extra protection even after verifying issues weren’t connected. Grace made scheduling, and payment very easy! High recommend!

OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE!!! I had concrete lift and basement gutters and sump pumps installed. Two different crews were involved and both crews were extremely skilled and experienced. They completed their work quickly and cleaned up completely. I would recommend JES and especially these two crews to anyone. The basement crew was Jason, Kinzie, Jordan and Jobert. Great job EVERYONE!!! And THANKS!!!

This job was in Concord Va. Mark(don’t have his last name handy). Came by, provided very professional evaluation., answered all questions, provided quote and I accepted. To my liking the service date kept getting updated sooner. Four young men arrived. They worked hard, obviously knew what they were doing, were polite, kept me informed, provided quality work, worked well together and cleaned up great. They were: Jose Rubio, David Perdomo, Carlos Carruido and Edras Aguilera (hope spelling is right) It was not cheap but I am confident in their work and very thankful for the manner in which they all represented themselves.

Very happy with our basement repair. Guys that came out were very knowledgeable and thorough. They tested the installed drainage system once completed and cleaned area. They also protected our floors by covering them before beginning work. I would recommend them 100%.

I had some work done to resolve water collecting under an addition of our home late last year. Crew did a great job, were professional, and was happy with the end product. Recently had some rain and some concerns came up. Stopped by local shop and JR and his crew were unloading from another job. Talked with him about concerns and he followed me out to my house immediately. Checked everything to make sure it was working properly and did some additional work to resolve some other issues not covered under warranty/service plan. JR and his crew also hung around to discuss some other concerns not related to their work. Extremely helpful, professional, and would definitely recommend them.

We had extensive foundation issues that needed remediation. We contacted JES Foundation Repair. JES sent a Certified Field Inspector who performed a complete interior and exterior inspection and recommended the repairs needed. Next, Foreman Rob Dye and Juan Alverez were sent to perform the repairs.They were extremely professional, fast, polite and hard working. They answered all of our questions and made the experience far less stressful for us. They even worked one Sunday and Christmas Eve to complete the project as fast as possible. We cannot be more pleased with the job and the professionalism the crew displayed. Don’t procrastinate with potential foundation issues. Our foundation was in stage 4 failure. Stage 5 is foundation collapse. We recommend calling JES for a free detailed inspection before it’s too late. We are glad we called.
