Shortly after Christmas, I walked down to my basement and realized my baseboard was discolored and there was obviously some sort of moisture issue in that area. Turns out, my foundation was cracked. It was very visible from the outside. Oh no. Who do I call for that? I googled and found JES. This company is great. I called. They got me on the schedule right away. Shannon came out for my inspection and consultation was very thorough. Then, following that, the work was scheduled very timely, as well. The day of the work, I met the foreman, Brian, and his crew. Brian walked me through what they would do and, immediately, I knew this was the guy/crew that was going to fix my problem. I just had that feeling. Anyway, if you live in their service area and need foundation repair, then call JES. Their work is quality.

Great crew of Freddy, Jesus, Juan Carlos, and Walter….they encapsulated and insulated our large crawlspace….addressed drainage and flooding problems, put in a new sump pump, installed a dehumidifier, and installed jacks to address some foundation problems. Quick, efficient, neat and courteous. A highly quality work effort.Highly recommend.

I was curious about the process of placing piers in the ground to stabilize my foundation and Christopher walked me through the whole process explaining the work they were doing and what to expect along the way. Omar was the JES representative who did our basement evaluation. He arrived exactly at the appointment time which I appreciated. He was thorough in his assessment of what was needed to resolve our humidity issues and gave us several options to remedy the problem. He is very professional and knowledgeable and explained the benefits of each option. I recommend speaking with Omar if you have a choice.
