They installed piers to stabilize the foundation and resolved our issues. The crew was professional and cleanup was thorough. I can’t emphasize enough how impressed we are by the service provided by Elliot Waller with JES. He is so knowledgeable, polite, and friendly. He knew exactly what he was talking about and made us feel very at ease, even in the stressful situation we are facing with some cracks in our basement floor and subsequent water damage. My basement flooded after the snowcrete of 2026 thawed and I had several people come to give me estimates. I had decided on a contractor, but kept my estimate appointment with JES to do my due diligence. Well, Ajeet completely sold me on JES; he explained how flooding via hydrostatic pressure occurs, with videos and diagrams, and I really appreciated the time he took to explain it all to me in a way that made sense. I changed my mind immediately (original contractor was going to do all work outside the house) and I am the proud new owner of a sump pump and basement gutter. The team that came to install, Minyard, John, and Anthony, were great. We did a walk through each morning and then again once the job was done. The basement looks great and you can't even tell where they buried the gutter extensions outside. I definitely recommend JES if you have a wet basement.

JES hooked us up. We had some complications with foundation repair and waterproofing with the way our basement/stairs were oriented, but Rafael Garcia, Jose Lovato, and Wilton Mendoza went above and beyond working around our stairs and getting the job done. What could have been an expensive workaround and follow up job was skillfully averted saving us a lot of heartache and money. I was at away for most of the job, but Jose and Rafael were great about communicating the progress and work to be done. These guys were great — would definitely recommend!!

We had our basement walls repaired and a water management system installed in our home over 16 years ago and it is still as good as the day JES installed it. Jay Hyman was our sales rep back then and still works at JES, now as a professional inspector. For the first time in 16 years, I recently reached out to JES to get copies of our old paperwork and Jay and the receptionist at the Manassas office were very friendly and super helpful. They went out of their way to get me what I needed. JES is a rare find, a company that’s stands behind their work – 16 years and counting.

They did awesome work at our house, and we just had the annual inspection done by Andre Williams and he was awesome. He walked us through everything he was inspecting, how everything looked, and answered all our questions. I couldn't recommended JES more

JES helped waterproof our basement a few years ago after we had water seeping up through the floor after heavy rain. They have come once each year to service the additional sump pump they installed and to make sure that no water is getting into the home. Mr. Jerald Roberts from JES came yesterday for the yearly service and did a wonderful job inspecting the property, and gave me several recommendations on things to keep an eye on. I really appreciate his thoroughness and keen eye for detail.

Foundation repair is not cheap but a necessity in the long term value of your home and peace of mind. Well worth the monetary investment. JES Superintendent Manny Chavez, Foreman-Rafael Garcia, Wilton Mendoza, Jose Lavato, and Poly Foreman-Seth Hansen did an amazing job with our foundation and driveway project. From start to completion they were true professionals. I was impressed by the quality of their work and their level of detail and care with my home. Jeanne was very helpful and provided a detail explanation of what the repairs entailed, show evidence of a preliminary analysis about the problem, and all the different options to get the repairs done. I highly recommend Jeanne to come to do a preliminary analysis if you see cracks that affect the outside walls or the foundation of your house.
