We have had a fantastic experience with this company. They have taken care of all of our our water removal needs and offered fantastic advise. They serviced our sump pump after and fixed it for free after the warranty had expired. Matt was very professional and helpful. Will continue to use this company.

Very friendly when I called in. Scheduled fee estimate although I wasn’t sure they did what I needed. Even Eakle showed up at scheduled time. Immediately realized I didn’t currently need their services. I showed him what my problem was, and he actually with the use of one little tool fixed my problem perfectly on all five window wells. He was such a friendly guy great customer service. I would highly highly recommend using them if you would ever need waterproofing cement, leveling, or any other other other services I would definitely give them a call. I believe he is out of the Kent office. I’m not sure he did have a 216 area code exchange, he did a fabulous job if I ever need any waterproofing or here of anybody that needs it I would definitely tell him to call these people

Richard B, Donte B and Javaun W completed the job in 3 days. Lots of work, but they did it in a timely fashion. Richard was very informative about the process and checked in and out each day between my husband and I. I would recommend this crew to do any basement repairs. We inspected the entire basement and everything is exactly up to what the contract advised.

Dave Syz, the inspector is very professional and compassionate. We have been in this house not even a year and having to deal with leaking into the walls of a beautifully finished basement, albeit a finishing scam, is a harrowing experience. Dave alleviated many concerns and answered every question I had, and some I didn't. He is an asset to his company and I look forward to finishing the job with these guys/gals.

Mark Beamer and Chris Coulbourne were so transparent and honest throughout the process of lifting my mom's (badly sunken) driveway and garage. We are now about four months out after the work was complete and it has stayed very secure and looks wonderful. There are many people in the world who will take advantage of those who are less fortunate and I am always afraid my mom will run into these types, and she does, but this was not one of those dreaded situations. Thank you guys for taking great care of her!
