Did everything wanted/expected and more. The last inspection I had was by Steven Fortae he was extremely knowledgeable was able to answer all my questions and explain the why behind the answers. He took his time laser measured everything and explained what to look for outside and I side the house. He even showed me the area of my house were it was engineered wrong (built in 1966). Fortunately for me I already fixed that and he explained what I did right and why and how it should have been designed originally.

Called Ohio basement authority and had Mark Overmyer at my door the next day. He evaluated our problem and found that it was a plumbing issue and not something they handle. Even though,he was great and checked out the basement and foundation. Prompt and friendly service. Very professional. Would recommend!

Stephen from Ohio Basement Authority was able to come at emergency notice and fix a problem with my sump pump that was causing it to spill water into my basement during a storm. Even if he hadn’t been able to come so quickly he had already put out a notification to other basement waterproofing companies in our area that there was an emergency and that I needed help quickly, putting my needs over that of any monetary motivation.
