From the field inspector, Tanner, to the foreman, Joseph, the experience has been great! Everyone was very professional and communicated well. Tanner did an excellent job with his inspection, information presented via short videos and actual samples of the materials and then communicating options and prices. Joseph and his crew showed up on time, very courteous, explained the job, and cleaned up completely. The work done was a crawlspace waterproofing system and encapsulation.

Highly recommend this company. They installed a new drainage system on one side of our house. I needed it done quickly because of problems we were having, and they came out on a Saturday. The foreman Daniel and his crew Tracen and Kyle were great – they kept in contact with me, even though I was overseas for work – communication was excellent.

Fantastic job from OBA! Thank you to Chase for the thorough inspection, and to the crew of Robert, Elijah, and Morgan as well for their great work. The process went smoothly, they got us in quickly, and everyone was knowledgeable, courteous, and communicative.

What started as a not great experience was quickly turned around by Jake. He took full ownership of our project’s hiccups and actively took charge in the remedy. Not only that, but he personally oversaw our project and was at our home the day of to ensure everything went smoothly. Jake is the whole reason we kept faith with OBA in the beginning and we are very pleased with the work they did to our basement. Thank you Jake!

Had a great experience with Ohio Basement Authority recently when they came out to look at our crawl space for encapsulation. Dakota Hruby was the one who did the inspection, and he was fantastic—super friendly, professional, and really took the time to walk me through everything. What stood out the most was how thorough he was. He didn’t just do a quick once-over and leave; he explained things in detail, answered all my questions, and made sure I actually understood what was going on down there and why certain fixes were recommended. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was really impressed with the quality of the inspection and how much time they spent with me. It felt like they genuinely cared about doing things right. Definitely recommend if you’re looking into crawl space work.

Contacted Ohio Basement Authority for an estimate on my driveway and sections of sidewalk that over the years have sunk becoming unsightly and a trip hazard. Hollis Smith of OBA came to my home and explaining the entire process from start to finish. He thoroughly inspected my driveway and sidewalk and came up a game plan based on my situation. He was professional and gave me a fair estimate for the amount of work involved.
