I recently had the pleasure of working with Tar Heel Basement Systems, and I’m happy to say the experience was outstanding. From the very first meeting with Steele, who took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, to the thoughtful plan they developed, I felt well taken care of every step of the way. The team—Juan, Alex, and Hayden—did an exceptional job. They were not only professional, but also knowledgeable, efficient, and punctual. The crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. Throughout the day, Juan was incredibly responsive to my questions, keeping me informed and ensuring my concerns were addressed, which helped put my mind at ease. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Tar Heel Basement Systems for any foundation or crawlspace needs. A big thank you to the team—your work truly exceeded expectations!

Philip was my inspector that came out to check out my crawlspace Got scheduled for an encapsulation Within 2 weeks Mike, colt and Lee came out. They got right down to buisness and just worked for 2 days all were respectful and hard workers. Will update and revise review as yearly Inspections and future work is done.

I’m very pleased with the service I received from Tarheel Basement Systems. From Austin’s first visit to Ian, Daniel & Hayden’s 2 day installation of the floor support system & the water intrusion abatement system in my crawlspace, I never had any worries. These folks are professional & courteous & explained things in detail every step of the way. I appreciate you all & look forward to working with you in the future.

Friendly crew of three got the job done in a single day. Clearly explained the process and documented their work with photos. They were the most costly of the 3 contractors I got estimates from, but I appreciated their professionalism and the quality of products used.
