Austin, Chris, Preston and Jkwon were the Groundworks/Tarheel crew who did the foundation lift for our home. They were professional, careful, thorough and took time to make sure the job was done right and the site was cleaned up. This was a professional crew and we would highly recommend them and the company. Brian who evaluated the site did an excellent job and Krista, project coordinator, was exceptional in walking us through the process and making sure it fit our needs and budget.

So I spent a LOT of money to ensure my crawl space was properly protected and encapsulated. I had both Charles and DJ who worked non stop to complete the entire job within a day. They did an excellent job and helped me inspect the crawl space myself (yes I crawled around, sheesh!) These guys were hard working, thoughtful and diligent! I am pleased with the thoroughness of their work. I also passed the City inspection without issue. Thank you Charles and DJ!!

I couldn't be more pleased with JT at Tarheel. He did a very detailed inspection and reviewed them with me before the day was out! He also provided me with same day contract incentives! He personally went the full mile for me and delivered the dehumidifier before the encapsulation! I interviewed 2 other companies and Tarheel was the best by far!

I recently scheduled an appointment for an assessment & estimate for waterproofing and repairing a section of crawl space in my home with Tar Heel Basement Systems. The entire process was easy and seamless, from scheduling, to communication regarding the time of the appointment and subsequent arrival of the technician, to the inspection and final explanation of the estimate and what I would need. I want to give Mark Caddell a big shout out for his professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care for me and what I needed. Outstanding customer service!

Justin, Gerritt and Cameron came out to do an encapsulation for us and it exceeded our expectations! Cameron was super thorough and walked us through the process and provided plenty of updates along the way. Could not have asked for more. When you’re spending such a big amount on something like that it is comforting to know they’re making sure it’s just right. Thank you all so much!! Also shoutout to Matt for our consult! Literally the coolest dude. Lastly, you can’t beat the price for the quality and service. Thank you all!

Gus J., Josiah L., and Anthony M. with Tarheel Basement Systems are stellar! They called to confirm arrival time, arrived when they said, and explained everything about our project thoroughly. They stabilized and releveled (way better than any of us expected!!) our outdoor fireplace. They cleaned up the site and made sure we were happy with everything before the left. Top notch crew!!
