I couldn't be more satisfied than I am with Tar Heel Basement Systems. The crews ( Led by Gus J, Anthony M, Felipe L and Javana) were amazing. I enjoyed meeting them, young people so professional, and down to earth (no pun intended). Everything promised prior to service was delivered; I was really impressed by the way we were taught about the process before it began. The price was less than we thought it would be, after we listed the things we wanted done. The really great thing is that the foundation of our old home is stable for years to come. A warranty will carry over to the next homeowners after we eventually sell. It is nice to know we have an old house with a new foundation support system, including state of the art crawlspace- all under warranty-that we will pass on to the next family who lives here! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!

From the very first meeting with Steele, who took the time to listen to my concerns and needs, to the thoughtful plan they developed, I felt well taken care of every step of the way. The team—Juan, Alex, and Hayden—did an exceptional job. They were not only professional, but also knowledgeable, efficient, and punctual. The crew arrived on time and immediately got to work. Throughout the day, Juan was incredibly responsive to my questions, keeping me informed and ensuring my concerns were addressed, which helped put my mind at ease. I’m extremely satisfied with the results and highly recommend Tar Heel Basement Systems for any foundation or crawlspace needs. A big thank you to the team—your work truly exceeded expectations!

Great company. From the first call everything went like clockwork! We were very happy with the result and would not hesitate to use them again for other projects or to recommend them to others. Brian promptly came out for the estimate and he was very professional and helpful by answering all our questions clearly. Juan and Alex who did the work were professional and excellent….they did a great job. We also felt that the price was very fair.

I recently scheduled an appointment for an assessment & estimate for waterproofing and repairing a section of crawl space in my home with Tar Heel Basement Systems. The entire process was easy and seamless, from scheduling, to communication regarding the time of the appointment and subsequent arrival of the technician, to the inspection and final explanation of the estimate and what I would need. From Brandon, the account manager/estimator to the crew on site (John, Edwin and Colin – I hope I got all their names correct). They were awesome. Brandon was very informative and explained everything thoroughly during the estimate, he communicated through out and even answered a couple phone calls and text messages while he was out of town. The crew – John was the foreman and was super helpful. Called/texted each morning before they showed up, was professional and upbeat. This is not an easy job and they all were very professional. Would happily pay them for any future properties I may have. Sure fire example of, you pay for what you get. Professional, courteous, upbeat and communication was perfect. Thanks guys!
