We called Mount Valley last Friday to get an estimate on some foundation repairs that have gotten progressively worse. They scheduled an appointment that day for Wednesday of next week. Dino Rhoads was the technician who came to assess the issue. He called to let me know exactly when he would be arriving. He was very considerate and polite and had a vast amount of knowledge. The assessment took several hours and I was amazed at how thorough he was in getting exact details so that he could best create a plan for us. When he finished looking at, around, and under the house, we sat for at least an hour where he shared pictures of what he saw and explained in detail what they indicated. I never got the feeling like he was trying to sell me anything that I didn't specifically ask for and need. Dino showed excellent professionalism, and an exceptional knowledge of our situation and the best ways to remedy them. I'm very impressed! I would absolutely recommend their services! And, ask for Dino!

I had the opportunity to work with Don Lester from Mt. Valley, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Before contacting Don, I had another company come out to give me a quote, but they spent very little time onsite and barely pointed out any issues. Don, on the other hand, was incredibly thorough. He took the time to walk through every detail, identifying potential issues and explaining all of the available options. His expertise and dedication to ensuring everything was covered gave me complete confidence in his recommendations. I want to commend the outstanding work of Will Soulier (Foreman), Jimmy Bracey IV, and Myshaun Joyner. This crew recently installed eight foundation piers—six on my property and two at my neighbor’s—to prevent further settling. Their performance, professionalism, and attention to detail exceeded every expectation. Despite a mid-project equipment failure, Will quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue, minimizing downtime and keeping the job on track. His leadership was confident, calm, and efficient. Jimmy and Myshaun worked with focus, precision, and a strong sense of purpose—even while managing the challenge of my home's low-amperage breaker constantly tripping. Without the need to consult their foreman, they remained proactive and task-oriented, clearly taking full ownership of their roles. Both demonstrated strong leadership potential. Equally impressive was their demeanor throughout the day. They were respectful and patient around my children and tolerant of my presence as I observed the work. When my curiosity prompted questions, they each took the time to explain the process with professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge. They maintained clear attention to safety at all times and were remarkably considerate of my property—protecting the lawn, landscaping, and fixtures with great care. The fact that they completed the full scope of work in a single business day, with quality and efficiency, speaks volumes about their coordination and work ethic. This crew represented their company with integrity, craftsmanship, and pride. Their work and conduct reflect the highest standards, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the outcome.

We had Don Lester come out to inspect our encapsulation and dehumidifier efficiency. He did an amazing job asking clarifying questions to ensure everything was inspected and measured thoroughly. He was punctual, polite, and had excellent communication skills. In the end, he was able to map out our home and come up with an effective plan to resolve some issues we had with our foundation and made sure I understood everything clearly before and after his inspections. We called Mount Valley Foundation Services to request an inspection of our subfloor & floor joists due to cracked kitchen tiles & bouncy floor in an adjacent room. Glenn Joyner came out to do the inspection, and we were very impressed with his knowledge, experience, & friendly demeanor. He did a thorough inspection, showed us photos, & said our house was structurally sound, but bouncy floors were due to the long room having 40 yr. old floor joists that were sagging from age & prior moisture issues that existed before our crawl space was encapsulated 17 yrs. ago. He detailed how Mount Valley could raise the joists to permanently resolve the bounce, & the price to do so. We were forthright about needing to save for expense of raising the floor joists, & he offered us the option of using their financing plan, but was understanding when we said we had to make a plan & a timetable before moving forward. Our plan will include using Mount Valley when ready to proceed with repairs.

We had a great experience with Mt. Valley! They did what they said they would do. Andy and his team (Ryan, Darrian, Tanjier) arrived right on time both days, worked hard, cleaned up the site and we hardly new they were there except for a little banging around under the house. We could already tell a big difference by the end of day 1, and they completed in only 2 days. Andy walked with us through the house as final leveling adjustments were made and addressed our concern locations. Very satisfied customers!
