On December 16th I had two excellent professional and informative leaders start my galvanized steel Piers installation. Tim who was the crew leader, was professional attentive and a great listener. He was diligently taking the measurements inside the house when needed as well as informing me of the steps that they were taking from one to five, I'm assuming. What I loved most about Tim and Michael was that they were prompt with a smile and a good morning. One other thing that I liked was that they were not territorial of their work area, they allowed me to stand and watch periodically and I could see the actual process of steel pipes being pressed down in the ground; the hydraulic process of lifting wasn't as excitable because that process didn't last long, I'm assuming. Nevertheless, I can say since the 18th I have not had any more cracks (a few cracking sounds) but that's expected. I appreciate the staff inside the office as well, Austin, Juan, then Jacob the field inspector great jobs to all of you. As far as the prominent question, yes I would refer a friend to your company.

The Professionalism of GROUNDWORKS is Impeccable 👌 This company lends an ear when you seek their services. When I scheduled an Appt I knew who was coming out, the date and time and I received confirmation while I was talking to the receptionist. The Foundation Professional was Codi M. When he arrived he was prompt professional and very understanding. He asked us to show him in and around the house 🏠 what we felt was the "possible foundation issue" . This is very important to us Seniors. He was very pleasant and showed concern. Then he explained how their process works and what he does and he went straight to work. He used laser applications and tape and computer. He started in the house, then went outside the house, then he went under the house in the crawl space. He took pictures. Then the "verdict". He explained all his findings and told us what the cost would be if we decide to go with them. No pressure just straight forward. We were very pleased with the honesty and the professionalism of Codi M. With that being said, Of course we chose this company they absolutely made our home a priority and we highly recommend them if you are considering foundation solutions that work.

I noticed more cracks after I had major underground plumbing done last year. So I made an online appt for Groundworks to do a free estimate of my foundation. Gary Adams came out. He explained Groundworks history and did a thorough in-house and perimeter inspection. Later he sat down with my senior mom and I and to explain every measurement in detail with a diagram of my home and he showed a few videos and explained the payment options. Gary was very personable and patient with both us in all our questions to make sure we understood. Before the foundation repair work was done, Groundworks worked with a local Plumber to do a pre test on my plumbing. The installation team of LJ, Lee, Nike and Jalen worked well together. Before the work was done, LJ explained the digging process and allowed my mom and I to ask questions before and during the process. Unfortunately, my main water line was hit but Groundworks, specifically, Clem, helped us through the process of getting our water back on and a place to stay while it was being fixed. Everyone was sincerely apologetic. Despite the hiccup, Groundworks did a great job. The employees I talked to were helpful & responsive. Even my inquisitive neighbor was impressed with their work. Now I'm just waiting on the post plumbing test to make my contract complete.

Matt and Isaac arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They took time to explain the process and answered all of our questions which put us at ease from the get-go. Once they were finished, the concrete was lifted, restored and beautiful, they expertly sealed the cracks, honestly, we’ve had other people work on our pool and the concrete over the years and this is the best workmanship that we have seen. We were beyond satisfied and their work truly exceeded our expectations! We would definitely hire them again.

You never know if a big company is just telling you what you want to hear. When your house is starting to fall apart, big ticket items like fixing your foundation is scary. For a moment, we weren’t sure if we went with the right company. And then Jeremy Elston showed up. It felt like the first time someone was telling us the truth and not scamming us. He was so incredibly thorough and respectful of our home. He took his time and explained to us what he was doing and why. Foundation repairs aren’t always one and done. When the time came to make some adjustments, Jeremy was back and walking us through next steps. We feel confident in the work done and its impact to our home. I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve actually stopped having nightmares about the house falling apart. Every professional needs to take a page out of Jeremy’s book.

Eval & quote in Decatur, IN – I have been having foundation issues for years. I hired one company to come and waterproof and provide a solution. Well, the results haven't lasted as long as I wanted them to. So after researching companies, I contacted Groundworks. Amy Volka showed up at my door, on time for my evaluation. I have mobility issues so she let me know that there was a pipe leaking which I appreciated. She did a thorough exam of outside and inside. We talked for a long time about her findings. She showed me some educational videos and info on her laptop. She explained what I would need to create the best result, what I would need to handle before they come start working, lots of details. Amy was very detailed with the information. She drew up a plan on her laptop in her vehicle. 10-15 minutes later she could show me the 10 page detailed contract. I liked that they have inhouse engineers & permit department. I like that if I sell my house, the lifetime warranty for work can transfer to the next owner. I signed because the details were so great and thorough. She even mentioned that they do sidewalk leveling so I jumped on that too before anyone gets hurt on my sidewalks. I gave her a down payment check which she was willing to hold until I transferred the funds. We have been checking in with each other on fund transfer, my required updates progress, and she got me a 2 week start date. I have been thoroughly impressed with Amy and the company. Amy helped ease my anxiety and worry about my foundation and gave me faith in a more permanent solution.

Ashton came out to my house for an annual foundation maintenance inspection. He checked floors for squeaky noise throughout the house including bathrooms. Then, he went into a crawl space to inspect 30 screw jacks and push piers. He fixed squeaking noise underneath the floor in the living room and the master bathroom during the visit.
