From start to finish, Groundworks provided great work. I am a new homeowner, learning about the woes of maintaining a home. Unfortunately, the foundation on my 1960s house was affecting the ability to close my front door. Daniel Raymond gave me a free, but very thorough inspection of the foundation repairs needed on my home. I was pleased to find out Groundworks offers financing without interest. I probably could have found a more affordable company, but I felt comfort in knowing that the piers have a life time warranty and the foam a 5 year warranty. When the day came to get started on the foundation work, it began to snow. Dakota (structural foreman), Philip (co-foreman) and Jose (installer) still showed up on time and got to work. Although they did not get everything done due to the weather, they returned on Saturday (their day off) to finish where they left off. I especially appreciated that they returned to re-cement a few areas where the mailman and stray cats stepped on. Very sweet of them. On a separate day, "the poly guys" came to inject the foam inside and outside my house. Joe (poly foreman) and Alejandro (installer) explained the process before and as they were injecting the foam. For each section, they made sure I was happy with the results. My pups loved them! Communication throughout the whole process was excellent. I was able to call/text any of the foremen and inspector directly about any questions or concerns I had.I recommend Groundworks to anyone looking for quality and reliable foundation repair.

We are very fortunate to have Groungworks doing work to prevent water leaking in our basement. The Groundworks staff such as Candace, Chance, Jason and Brice are all very helpful, especially Brice, he did his job well and beyond! The basement part is done well, however, the stairs part is disappointing – the newly built stairs were not made to match with the old stairs regarding distance between steps, I have safety concerns for the way it was built. I hope Groundworks can find a reputable stairs contractor to recommend to the customers, or, if Groundworks has its own carpenter to do the stairs part, it would be even better! My two cents. Thank you.

Groundworks Company employees did our foundation support/repair today. Needless to say, we were nervous about the work and what would be going on during the procedure — wondering if anything would be damaged?! However, our concerns were quickly alleviated by the Foreman Joe and Co-Foreman Kaly — before starting they explained the entire process and invited us to watch them and voice questions and/or concerns. They assured us they would stop work should any problems arise and alert us immediately!! While performing the work, we were invited to participate with them showing us how air escaped from one of the drilled holes while filling the hole next to it. How Wild!!! We instantly felt relief that these very personable company employees were well versed in their job and we were able to relax and trust the process. We entrusted Joe and Kaly to care for our home; knowing they had its best interest in mind! That any further settlement in our foundation would be eliminated! We also have a maintenance program where the company will monitor the foundation yearly; should any changes come about, they would then take care of the issue! Thanks for a great job done; your abilities and your assurances, Joe and Kaly!!! WeTruly appreciate you and your company!

I highly recommend Groundworks for any foundation repairs needed. The foreman, Isaac Garcia and 2 of his crew, Chance Bender and Anthony Wright did a great job. Everything went smooth. I was given updates twice a day on progress and Isaac answered all of my questions. Not one negative thing to post. So pleased with their expertise.

Everyone was professional, courteous, and thorough. Mark Teal did a very thorough job of determining the house structure and what work needed to be done, as well as explaining the process to me The work crew, which included Alejandro as the foreman, Michael G and Devon went above and beyond, avoiding taking down a flower bed retaining wall and keeping me informed all the way. They thoroughly cleaned up and even hauled away the excess dirt from digging the holes. I am extremely pleased with the work that was done.

Philip explained very well what the process was going to be and he was able to keep me in the loop on each step as I would check on their progress. They were able to fix the problem with our wall without causing anymore damage. All three of the crew (Philip, Jason M. and Daniel M.) were very courteous and kept at it until the work was completed. After the completion of the job, Philip again walked me through what they did and made sure all my questions were answered. He also informed me about the 5 yr warranty which I really appreciated. Thanks for a job well done.
