They we're all very nice the foreman in training Wesly, was very polite and expressed his knowledge very well. The foreman James made his calls on time, kept me informed, did a great job of thanking me for working with them. Very professional crew. More than anything I never heard anything negative from any of them, they appeared to be having fun as they were working heard some laughter from the crawl space which it's not an easy crawl space. It put a smile on my face to see that they enjoyed what they were doing. I would gladly recommend them to any of my neighbors, and if you folks wanted to place a sign in my yard I would much appreciate it. It helps you and it helps me to advertise that I had the work done and that you're the ones that did it. Thank you very much everything about the whole project was easy from beginning to end. Groundwork Rep came out to inspect our home for a couple of areas of concerns we have had recently. A friend had foundation repair recently and gave a hearty recommendation to us for Groundworks. The Representative, Chris Stewart, gave our home a very thorough, detailed review of the foundation areas of concern and after careful exam, gave a report of Groundworks plan to stabilize our foundation. The bid was broken down into the three areas of concern, then he worked with us on the financing. My husband I were impressed with the professionalism and expertise of Groundwork Rep and appreciative that there was no high pressure sales pitch.

We are trying to put our parent's home on the market and needed some work on the pool deck. A portion had sunk pretty badly. Monday, Rob from Groundworks came out, surveyed the problem and explained what they could do about it. Rob did a fantastic job making sure I understood the process. I signed on. Tuesday, Rob calls and says the crew would be out the next day! He said the foreman would give me a heads up when they were on there way, which he did. Angel, the foreman, and his assistant, Andrew worked hard all day and now at almost 3:00 our pool is beautiful! I can't believe how easy this all was, well, for me. Angel and Andrew are fantastic at what they do and if you need concrete leveling you should definitely call this company. They are specialists and do a great job.

The third area did improve, however could not be raised appropriately or lifted likely due to unbeknownst subterrain cavities beneath the concrete. Jon, Tyler and Esuin repaired my foundation over the course of about a day and a half last week. They were very professional, courteous and friendly. Jon took the time each day to explain exactly what they would be doing and when. When they were finished, he walked around the entire house and pointed out where they placed each pier and the process. Overall, I’m very happy with the work and the crew who performed it. I would highly recommend Groundworks to my friends and family.

I had the pleasure of meeting Mark for my yearly inspection. I had my crawl space encapsulated last year. Mark advised me that I had some water above and below the barrier. I have been dealing with a very difficult builder who does not want to deal with significant grading issues that is causing the water accumulation. Mark gave me his recommendation for how best to deal with diverting water away from my home. He is going to send me a report with pictures that I can forward to my builder. Much easier than trying to remember everything Mark told me which was a lot. It was like chatting with an old friend. He was so friendly and helpful, very knowledgeable. I would recommend Groundworks to everyone. The crew last year was just as wonderful. Thank you so much Mark. It is so great dealing with technicians who love their work

In January '25 we had Anthony (foreman), Richard, and Ty do an amazing job with our crawlspace encapsulation. It was a bumpy road and this crew excellently handled issues as they came up and masterfully completed the encapsulation. Very impressed with the leadership and communication from Anthony. He's very passionate and about his work and extremely capable of getting difficult jobs done. For future customers, expect a few months to be able to get a similar job done. Steve H estimated the project and there were no hidden fees or surprises, we appreciate his work as well and the transparency in that process.

We had a great experience from the initial estimate through scheduling and completion of the repairs. We had our concrete deck around our pool leveled and repairs to some cracks. We had 2 workers Guiles Hall and Kevin Brito. They did an outstanding job and were extremely professional throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain everything to us before , during an after the repairs which we truly appreciated. Their workmanship, professionalism and attention to details were excellent. They cleaned up the work- site and you would never know they were here.I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of their services. I would give them 10 stars, but I’m only allowed to give five.

We had been having issues with mold in our home and suspected that the crawlspace could be the culprit. I research companies ans contacted Groundworks. Joe Daleo came over and did a really thorough job of inspecting our property including our crawlspace and foundation. He found that there was moisture on one side of our property due to ground water settling. We decided to move forward with encapsulation after feeling confident with the information that Joe provided. We waited about a month to get started as we had some other home projects we needed to get done first. During that time, Joe maintained communication and I was able to reach him whenever I needed, which was awesome. When the work started, Brandon and his team, including Edgar, Alberto, and Jose all showed up with a smile. Brandon gave me regular updates and pictures of what was going on with the work. Whenever I encountered any of the guys, they were always polite and professional. I know it was difficult work to be underneath my house for eight hours a day and I couldn't understand how they could still be so friendly and genuinely happy. Joe Daleo continue to be in contact with me during the project and came over to check on the work that was being done. Since the encapsulation was completed, we have noticed that the temperature of our home stays more regulated and the musty scents have dissipated. We also noticed that the rooms on the side of the house with the moisture used to feel muggy and now they don't. We are so happy that we chose Groundworks and decided to encapsulate our crawlspace. I highly recommend them!
