While on site he thoroughly explained the options available, answered all my questions and provided a reasonable and fair quote to resolve the issue. We recently asked Groundworks to look at the water seepage issue which had developed in our basement. Christopher George met with us and recommended that we have a basement waterproofing/drainage system installed and also lift several sections of our driveway which were sloping toward the house. Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced and we felt his analysis of the issues and solutions provided were exactly what was needed. Rene and his team installed the waterproofing/drainage system and did an outstanding job. The team worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in one day. They were also very careful to keep the mess to a minimum. Ivan handled the concrete leveling of several sections of our driveway and, again, did an outstanding job. We had a fairly large project completed by Groundworks. The team that worked on our house (Rene Renteria, Manuel Garcia and Lu Khin) were very professional and communicative (even our neighbors were loved them). They exceeded our expectations with their work and craftsmanship. We had several piers, beams and wall anchors put in. Rene explained everything going on each day. They worked late to get the job done. They cleaned up. They were awesome!!! Having met with and looked into a couple of other companies, it was an easy decision to go with them – and it paid off. We were given time to consider different options (not every company affords you this time …and with a big project and financial investment, we appreciated that time). They also have the best financing options we could find.

Groundworks was great to work with. I had a leak in my basement and Jeremy from Groundworks came to my home and clearly explained what they would do. The cost was less than their competitors. Emanuel and Luis installed everything and they were very professional, communicated well, and did an excellent job. Emanuel asked me often if I had any questions and he kept me informed as to all the steps in the process. He and Luis worked diligently all day and were able to complete the project in one day. They tested the sump pump to make sure it worked and a few days after they left, we got rain and I had NO water in my basement. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Groundworks.
