From start to finish working with Groundworks was easy, stress free, & educational. Josh came to my home & did a very thorough inspection all while explaining everything he was doing & what he was seeing so I understood. As a first time homeowner, understanding was very important to me. When the Team came to do the work, they were AMAZING. Ler Htoo, the foreman, and his Team: Bleh Bleh, Devon, & Eh Wah were wonderful at communicating with me & letting me know timeline & plan. They showed me the work they were doing & explained the what & the why. Also, they cleaned up so well after they were done that my basement looked 10 times better than before they started and you can't even tell they had to dig a hole in my yard for an anchor! I will absolutely recommend Groundworks to anyone & everyone who needs foundation support – they made what I thought would be a stressful process incredibly easy & totally stress free. The supervisor (Mel) provided great communication regarding arrival time, job details, and project length while the rest of the crew (Aung, Pay) knocked it out in record time. I was trying to sell my home and, upon receiving an inspection, found I had a bowed wall in my basement. I called Groundworks. Sergio Robles came to my house with his equipment. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained and demonstrated the problem so I could understand what needed to be done. The price he quoted was very reasonable so I signed up to have the work done. A couple weeks later a crew came out. It included Emanuel V, Luis V, and SaAung P. They also were very pleasant. They worked efficiently and had the job done quickly. They had to cut out drywall and I was very happy that they cleaned everything up. The dirt outside was put back and the house looks great inside and out. Thank you Groundworks for a job well done.

We recently asked Groundworks to look at the water seepage issue which had developed in our basement. Christopher George met with us and recommended that we have a basement waterproofing/drainage system installed and also lift several sections of our driveway which were sloping toward the house. Chris was very knowledgeable and experienced and we felt his analysis of the issues and solutions provided were exactly what was needed. Rene and his team installed the waterproofing/drainage system and did an outstanding job. The team worked quickly and efficiently and completed the job in one day. They were also very careful to keep the mess to a minimum. Ivan handled the concrete leveling of several sections of our driveway and, again, did an outstanding job. Every person with Groundworks with whom we had contact was very helpful and courteous. Dave A.
