CJ came out and did our free estimate and he was wonderful! He answered all of our questions, gave us great advice, and set us up with a date to get our basement waterproofed. Jose and his team of waterproofers were fantastic! They were very respectful, knowledgeable, and timely! We had nothing but a fabulous experience with everyone at groundworks. CJ was great. He called prior to appt day, discussed with me what he would be doing upon arrival, he even came early before scheduled appt time. Once he arrived he introduced him self, gave some background on the company. He throughly explained the issues my foundation was having and why. Showed us the measurements and the options we had to remedy the issue. Overall he was very thorough, not pushy, and a pleasure to do work with.

We recently had Logan from Groundworks out to evaluate options for correcting a sagging concrete slab porch. He arrived exactly on time as scheduled and quickly and efficiently evaluated the problem and possible options for correcting the issue. While on site he thoroughly explained the options available, answered all my questions and provided a reasonable and fair quote to resolve the issue. I would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone with a foundation or concrete problem.

From start to finish working with Groundworks was easy, stress free, & educational. Josh came to my home & did a very thorough inspection all while explaining everything he was doing & what he was seeing so I understood. As a first time homeowner, understanding was very important to me. When the Team came to do the work, they were AMAZING. Ler Htoo, the foreman, and his Team: Bleh Bleh, Devon, & Eh Wah were wonderful at communicating with me & letting me know timeline & plan. They showed me the work they were doing & explained the what & the why. Also, they cleaned up so well after they were done that my basement looked 10 times better than before they started and you can't even tell they had to dig a hole in my yard for an anchor! I will absolutely recommend Groundworks to anyone & everyone who needs foundation support – they made what I thought would be a stressful process incredibly easy & totally stress free.
