Groundwork’s just completed repair on our sunken walkway and cracked driveway. We have lived in our house 27 years and our aggregate walkway sunk down from our driveway approximately 3 inches. It was becoming dangerous and a serious tripping hazard. They came out to look at it, scheduled us in, and were able to complete our repairs a week earlier than planned. They showed up on time and completed the work in the time they estimated. The workers were respectful and professional. The repair work was better than we expected. It was completely cleaned up, swept clean and perfect. We highly recommend Groundworks and will call them again for any future repairs.

Roger and his crew (Juan, Mikey, Erik) began by identifying the proper drainage path and ensuring the trench had a consistent slope so water would naturally flow away from the house. The trenches were dug cleanly and to the correct depth, and a proper gravel base was laid before the perforated pipe was installed. The pipe was positioned with the perforations facing downward, which is the correct orientation for capturing groundwater. A high‑quality landscape fabric was used to wrap the pipe and gravel, preventing soil intrusion while still allowing water to pass through. This is a step that many installers skip, so I appreciated that it was done correctly. After backfilling, the surface was graded to ensure water would not pool above the system. They arrived on time and finished the work the same day. They were very pleasant to work with and did a great job! Highly recommend them! We woke up to 5-6 inches of water in our subspace on 1/5/26. We called Groundworks and they sent Max Gibson out within 24 hours to make an assessment and give us a quote. He was calm ( I was not) and presented solid data (math) to support his recommendations for sump pumps and trenching to stabilize the water issue and prevent further problems. He remained available and immediately responsive to my repetitive questions throughout the process and coordinated services with remediation crews and electricians. I am confident that Max saved us money by ensuring services weren't duplicated. The crew working under our house was equally purposeful and patient. Erick Baez and Tejon McGee spent several days under our house and in and out of our house. They were respectful of the environment at all times. All work environments were covered with plastic and they wore gear to protect themselves and our home. They tidied up each evening when they left. Communication was tight. Erick, Tejon, Max were all on the same page from day 1; They had a plan and worked the plan. I had some anxieties about possible rain before the project was done. Erick came up with a temp fix that addressed my fears and took some extra steps to put it in place. No one made me feel stupid for needing that extra step. They walked me through the completed project which was very helpful. I should also mention that I did get a other quotes. Groundworks was not the lowest quote by a bit. But, they are professional, backed their recommendations with data, and followed up after the project was complete. I recommend this company. Solid organization.

Enter Groundworks… I listened and received several quotes to remedy the situation, but the techniques and lifetime warranties led me to these guys. All work was done professionally to include clean up and concrete patches where needed. Most of the cracks have closed up (some drywall mud and paint later) and the sticking doors resolved. I couldn't be more satisfied at this point. These guys do it right….and they guarantee it for life.

Thank you to regional manager Chris Backus, GM Tommy Chechel, Senior field supervisor Dominic, Senior inspector Benjamin Slade and installer Jose and crew. Groundworks recently installed their triple sump system with battery back up. The installation was facilitated by Mr. Backus and Mr. Chechel, the job was completed by Jose in a timely fashion and supervised by Dominic. Workers were on time, took precautions with drop cloths etc, did the installation and cleaned up afterwards. The system works flawlessly and affords peace of mind with the back up. I highly recommend Groundworks and will continue to use them in the future.

The crew lead walked with my mother to retrieve the dog so that she wouldn't risk falling. In my opinion that spoke volumes about character!!! Hunter, Joseph and Michael spent the day resurrecting and restoring our wonky, big, 23 year old backyard patio. They called me when 8 minutes out, arriving on time and going straight at it. A quick orientation and they got to it. Amazing results! I could literally watch each of the large slabs float back to level with the next ones. The heaved or sunken slabs are no more. The crew were experienced, competent, capable, extremely courteous and invited me to watch each step in the process. Yes, this is a long review and it would get 10 Stars if I could. Highly recommend Groundworks! Totally satisfied customer.

We just had our crawl space encapsulated and we are very pleased. We had Gavin, Pace, Ishmo and Dylan do our install. I truly can’t say enough positive things about these 4 gentlemen. They went above and beyond to get our crawlspace completed and took great pride in their work. It is so hard to find workers who actually care about the end product and the customers happiness, these guys made sure everything was done with pride. They left our crawlspace spotless when leaving and were very kind along with knowledgeable. Aaron came out to inspect our crawlspace and subfloor issues. He was exceptionally thorough, friendly and most importantly on time. He did a full inspection, with photos and took floor measurements that ruled out what I thought the issue was. Our issue isn't in their area of work, and we appreciate the honesty. He also noted some out of code work that we had done a year ago under the house. The photos will help us go back after that contractor to make it right! When we need other under-house or drainage work, we'll be back.

Very pleased. When we got the quote we were told the crew would simply replace the dirt, but not necessarily return it to its original state (ie plants and mulch). Terrance, John, and Ben did nothing of the sort. The finish was like they never dug up anything at all!! They took pictures, were communicative, and very professional! These guys really went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening the entire time. Lastly, they were much quicker than expected. Only took them about 3 hours to get everything done. Very, very pleased!!
