Did a great job of limiting foliage removeral and cleaned up the entire work area once they completed their work which was a day and a half to placed 10 piers I would request this crew again if ever needed foundation work Jim Smith

Had an emergency water pipe leak with water running into the basement where Groundworks had already installed a sump pump and drainage system. The pump clogged up with mud and wouldn’t work. Josh Moreno responded and worked so hard getting the system apart and cleaned out. Unfortunately he couldn’t finish until we got someone out to dig up the front yard and replace main water line. Josh was here first thing Monday morning and finished cleaning the system out, tested everything, and got everything working again. We are so thankful he responded to our home and took care of it. Thanks Josh!

More than anything I never heard anything negative from any of them, they appeared to be having fun as they were working heard some laughter from the crawl space which it's not an easy crawl space. It put a smile on my face to see that they enjoyed what they were doing. I would gladly recommend them to any of my neighbors, and if you folks wanted to place a sign in my yard I would much appreciate it. Just had a water leak in my basement addressed by Groundworks. I first met with Joe who examined the basement inside and out and not only recommended a solution but also told me why this was best compared to other options. He also explained why the problem existed and how the proposed solution would resolve the problem. Lucio (the foreman) and his team of Brandon and Levi, came out about a week later to start work. Lucio met with me each morning to tell me what they would be doing. The team thoroughly taped off the work areas, worked effectively and efficiently on this four day job and cleaned up after themselves before leaving every day with Lucio summarizing what had been accomplished that day. I have been left feeling that the problem has be resolved with the lifetime warranty adding to that confidence. Everyone I met was friendly, polite and professional. I highly recommend my Groundworks team.

I’ve dealt with a few technicians over the years, but Daniel really stood out right away, he clearly knows his stuff, and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. He was friendly, respectful, and made sure I understood what was going on at every step, which really helped ease the stress of the situation. When my sump pump failed, I was pretty overwhelmed, but he showed up the same day and didn’t leave until everything was fully taken care of so we wouldn’t risk a flooded basement. That kind of responsiveness and care is hard to come by these days. I really appreciated his help, thank you again, Daniel.

I needed push piers to stabilize my home's foundation, and after getting several quotes, I chose Groundworks. Their pricing was similar to the competitors, but what set them apart was that they offered unlimited pier depth per section. Other companies had limits–for example, up to 20 feet, then an additional charge per foot after that. I'm glad I went with Groundworks because several of my piers ended up going 90 feet deep across 16 sections. With another company, that could have cost me significantly more. I also had their gutter guard system installed (similar to a French drain, though they claim it's better), along with a vapor barrier and mold treatment. I will say, if you have a serious mold issue, I'd recommend hiring a dedicated mold remediation company instead. I did have an issue with the mold spray, but after calling a couple of times, I was able to speak with a manager who surprisingly took my concerns seriously and resolved the issue. The salesman who came to my house, Randy S., was excellent–very thorough and knowledgeable. He always answered my calls and would text be back in a reasonable timeframe. One thing I didn't like was the same-day discount tactic. They present you with a price, then offer 10% off (or whatever discount they choose) if you sign that day. It puts pressure on you to make a major decision on the spot, which is difficult when you're spending over $50,000. There is a three-day cancellation window, but some people may see the discount as more of a sales tactic than a real benefit. I also want to mention the foreman on the job, Jose G. He was great–he answered all of my questions and even let me watch and learn a little while they were working. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience. Their warranty is transferable, which is a nice bonus, and hopefully I won't have any more issues going forward.

When I got quotes from 4 different companies, they were the only ones to use equipment to show me what needed work and help answer all of my concerns. Andrew did a great job doing my initial inspection and quote. He was very thorough and even waited for me to ask advice from family before making a decision. They also had a competitive price. It was reasonable for the work they were doing, but a little cheaper than a couple of the companies. Overall, I am very satisfied with their work.

Foundation work can be expensive, but it can help to lessen the bite when you deal with good people. Groundworks of Grand Junction, CO recently completed a significant stabilization project for us. The crew foreman was an impressive young man named Talon (yes, like the bird claw). He and his crew got after it, completing the project before the scheduled finish date. He was knowledgable, personable, helpful, and clearly interested in doing the job right. I also dealt with Groundworks' service tech Jeremy Brown before and after the project. He surveyed the situation and worked with his people to develop a stabilization plan that was approved by my structural engineer. After the stabilization work was finished and had a few months to settle in, Jeremy retuned recently to re-measure floor elevations to see if they were where they were meant to be, and everything checked out. Jeremy is a good guy to work with; I trusted him and was always pleased to see him show up at the job. Kudos to both Talon and Jeremy who inspired confidence in the work Groundworks performed at our house.

Compared to the other companies that c ame out and gave me estimates, groundworks was without a doubt top of the list. Groundworks representative spent an hour mapping out all the hollow spots in my driveway. The other companies spent less than 10 to 15 minutes and ended up not finding several of the spots that were actually hollow. So if I would have hired them the job would not have been completed properly. Luke and Anthony came out and did a superb job drilling the driveway and filling it with the polyfoam. They ground out the 20-year-old seals and replace them with the good stuff and I am extremely pleased with the job. Groundworks is top-notch in my book. They're the ones you should call honestly.
