Working with Groundworks has been absolutely fantastic. The Field Inspector Alen was extremely informative and understanding of the issues we were having. He was able to work with us on getting the right project and details set for our needs. Foreman Roger and Crewmember Juan were punctual, professional, and fast while doing a fantastic job. They gave me the same warning Alen did about my pavers possibly lifting. I had not issue because I’d much rather fix that than have my previously expensive project go in the trash and slide down our hillside. Instead, the finished project came out better than expected, rarely any lifting, only one spot where the foam came up but I’ve covering that area anyways, and very clean and thoroughly produced. I cannot recommend Groundworks enough at this point and will definitely be using them in the future. 5* to all of their workers.

They were aware that our special needs son has asthma and they were very careful to try to mitigate the dust as much as possible and they worked so hard to get the job finished on time to try to reduce disruption to our home life, and they were actually able to finish the job early! They were all very respectful, and Jake kept us informed every step of the way during the repair. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards as well. Jim came out to my home, explained everything to me, showed me data, measurements and was patient, respectful and kind. Jim explained everything in a way that didn't make the process feel overwhelming. At the end of the meeting Jim told me there was nothing of concern and I from the beginning he felt like someone that was direct and won't sell me something I didn't need. We had some work done recently on our driveway and it was not a great experience, so I wasn't exactly excited to do this again for our patio. I wanted to work with someone not involved in the driveway work so I called Groundworks. Sheldon came to give me an estimate on my back patio and in the course of our conversation we told him about work done (and not well done) by other companies and he graciously took a look at the driveway. Because of my prior experience, I honestly just wanted to get a quote for the patio and have this salesman go away. But Sheldon was so patient, funny and informative in explaining what Groundworks could do, and could not do, to address all our cement and levelling issues that he started to "win me over". In the end, we signed a contract with Groundworks based on Sheldon's extreme confidence not only in himself, but the quality of his company and the work they do. Work has been scheduled but not completed, but I am confident Goundworks will do a good job and I will be back to write a review on the finished work.

I'm not in the habit of writing gushy reviews, but on a scale of 1-5, our experience was a 10. We had a sinking front porch that needed to be piered. We got a detailed, timely proposal and all of our questions answered beforehand by Daniel R. The work crew, Harold W., Frank L. and Elmo O. did an outstanding job installing the piers and were able to lift the porch back within 1/2 inch of its original position. They answered every question, responded to every request and did extensive cleanup after completing the installation. We even got a discount in real time because they did not need to use all of the materials called for in the original proposal. Harold said they strive to treat each house as if it were their own and they did exactly that. I would highly recommend Groundworks to anyone needing foundation work.

We had bowing walls in our basement and a family friend recommended Groundworks. Micah Waldo was our inspector, we did a wonderful job of walking us through our options and giving his expert opinion. We got our work schedule and it all went swimmingly. The foreman Emanuel Valdez and his team ( Sa Aung and Luis Vazquez) were very mindful of our pets and property. You couldn’t tell they had dug holes in the yard, and did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves. I couldn’t recommend all of these people or the company enough.

Cracks in my brick outer walls, sheetrock cracks, and doors that would not shut. I knew I needed professional help. Enter Groundworks… I listened and received several quotes to remedy the situation, but the techniques and lifetime warranties led me to these guys. All work was done professionally to include clean up and concrete patches where needed. Most of the cracks have closed up (some drywall mud and paint later) and the sticking doors resolved. I couldn't be more satisfied at this point. These guys do it right….and they guarantee it for life.

It turned out that Groundworks was not a good fit for what we wanted to do, but both Wyatt and James took their time to help us find the right people to fix the problem. I don't think I could have gotten my problem resolved without their guidance. They were being super helpful, even though it did not lead to do job for them. They were careful not to bind my door or damage the porch rails. They explained to me the importance of having the porch positioned so that drainage went away from the house. They provided a seal and cosmetic patch between the house and porch, which was an unexpected service that they provided. I couldn't be more happy with the result! I hired this company to clean out my crawl space and install a sump pump system. The whole crew was outstanding – prompt, polite, and professional. I had to revise the original work order to remove a second job of doing a house jack lift, and the change ended up causing an error on the revised work order – one of the parts for the sump pump system (remote alarm) had not been applied to the new work order even though it was not removed in the change order. Luckily I had asked about it as they were wrapping up. The foreman Mkowma was an absolute rock star – he literally went out of his way to resolve the issue. Since they didn't have the part on the truck, he personally drove back out to my home at the end of his work day and quickly installed the part and showed me how to use it. I did wish I was shown "after" pictures of the finished work but I forgot to ask about it. However the pump is working great and there was already a noticeable improvement in the air quality inside the home the next day.

Called because I thought I had a window well leaking into basement and needed correction. Charles, an inspector, came out and diagnosed problem, far more extensive was due to plumbing leak we had fixed in kitchen. We didn’t know it went into basement ceiling, paneling, and window area. Charles told us next steps at no charge. Didn’t try to sell us anything. Honest. Would use if had the issue they handle concerning waterproofing. Really liked integrity.

Compared to the other companies that c ame out and gave me estimates, groundworks was without a doubt top of the list. Groundworks representative spent an hour mapping out all the hollow spots in my driveway. The other companies spent less than 10 to 15 minutes and ended up not finding several of the spots that were actually hollow. So if I would have hired them the job would not have been completed properly. Luke and Anthony came out and did a superb job drilling the driveway and filling it with the polyfoam. They ground out the 20-year-old seals and replace them with the good stuff and I am extremely pleased with the job. Groundworks is top-notch in my book. They're the ones you should call honestly.

A very good and positive experience. Employees Omar and Jumon were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The leveling of my concrete which had a 1" crack and a 1.5" drop is now level as are all the slabs that needed correction, which was every section around my pool. All the cracks and dividers are now sealed as well. The employees worked steady from the minute they arrived until they finished. They well know their job and how to do it correctly. The cost was cheaper than replacing the small damaged concrete area. I highly recommend Groundworks.. They have the right employees, right service, and the right product.

We contacted Groundwork for an estimate and the appointment was booked one week from our initial call. Cal was our salesman. Cal called me the day before to confirm the appointment and ask some basic questions. He text ahead of time the day of and let me know when he would arrive, he arrived right on time. This was the third foundation company we met with. Cal spent a lot of time measuring, much more than the other two companies. When we sat down we understood why. Cal was able to explain our foundation in depth and made several recommendations based off the numbers and on our feedback. After a lengthily discussion we made a plan, agreed on terms, and paid the deposit. The work was scheduled to begin January 12th, 2026. Zach was the crew chief, when he arrived he walked us through the process and what to expect. Zach was very personable and professional. Throughout the work Lucas, Chris, and Fayssia were always working. We found the crew to be professional and polite. When I did ask questions or walk around to look at the progress the crew was always happy to answer any questions and explain the process. Everyday Zach updated me on the lifting measurements in the areas of concern and explained what was happening. The crew works hard and cares about the job. Once the work was complete the interior measurements were taken and reviewed with us to ensure we understood the final results. Zach and I walked the parameter reviewing and addressing any questions/concerns. The clean up was thorough and the crew took care in cleaning the site. Our experience was excellent. I highly recommend Groundwork.

The engineering (Jerry) and the crew (Mkoma, Waldo, Quaid and Joshua) were excellent and very professional. Chris, George, and Josiah came and worked on our project. Although the project ended up being slightly more complicated than anticipated, the guys did an amazing job. Our crawl space is difficult to get into and nobody has been willing to go down there but Codi went into the crawl space, took photos and provided measurements.
