Thank you to regional manager Chris Backus, GM Tommy Chechel, Senior field supervisor Dominic, Senior inspector Benjamin Slade and installer Jose and crew. Groundworks recently installed their triple sump system with battery back up. The installation was facilitated by Mr. Backus and Mr. Chechel, the job was completed by Jose in a timely fashion and supervised by Dominic. Workers were on time, took precautions with drop cloths etc, did the installation and cleaned up afterwards. The system works flawlessly and affords peace of mind with the back up. I highly recommend Groundworks and will continue to use them in the future.

I had a really good overall experience with Groundworks. The service they did for us was technically "concrete lifting", although it was just filling voids underneath our porch steps and driveway, since there wasn't any sinking yet. Their salesman/inspector was very thorough in his assessment and worked with us on different options. We were comfortable having him in our home to walk through the process and costs with us. The actual installation team was also very good to work with! We had Joseph, Hunter, and Cameron do the actual poly foam work and they were a great group; very professional but also personable. We are especially happy that they have the yearly check-in option where they come check everything out once a year to make sure there are no issues. The only problem we experienced with Groundworks was that they scheduled the install day with us early on, but never told us a timeframe. I reached out the day before the install to ask when they would be coming, but never got a response and they ended up coming at a time that didn't work for us. So my one suggestion would be that Groundworks needs to have an automated message to tell customers the estimated timeframe of arrival for the installation team THE DAY BEFORE, rather than just the courtesy text 30 minutes before they arrive the day of. But they were able to reschedule a couple of days later and give me a timeframe estimate, so it ended up working out either way.

After that time, she determined there was nothing wrong with my foundation. She pointed out minor cosmetic irregularities which I had not noticed on my own. I was extremely impressed with her honesty and professional ethics. She was also a joy to be around. I believe Rally and Groundworks will serve well with any issues that may present themselves regarding your home. Definite thumbs up!

The Ohio Basement Authority team out of Twinsburg OH was outstanding … from start to finish! After a careful inspection by one of their experts, a solution was crafted which included a complete interior drainage system , additional sump pumps, & vapor wall barrier. Within 2 weeks the OBA team (including Dai John Jefferson, Nelson, Jonathan, & Darwin) was on-site to begin work. From start to finish, they were thorough & complete in their tasks … and took every precaution to protect your basement contents & walls. We were especially pleased with their re-routing of our water softner drain lines (shortening them to a fraction of their original length). All-in-all, we couldn't be more pleased and we would not hesitate in recommending this team for their high quality work! I fully anticipate bringing them back to handle some additional work that is needed in the future.

He then offered multiple solutions and we were able to come up with a great plan to Address our water issues. I really have a great peace of mind, knowing that the system will have a lifetime warranty and is transferable to any new homeowner. It was time for our annual maintenance and our technician, Jeff Schroeder, was very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. He explained what was all done to our basement and why. He walked us through the process of what was needed to stop water from coming into our basement. Our home had a crack in the foundation and needed it to be fixed and stabilized. We had Groundworks out this week and had a great experience with Juan Paramo, Manuel Garcia and Willi. They arrived on time and finished the work the same day. They were very pleasant to work with and did a great job! Highly recommend them! The very next day we had Ivan, Dre and Dell out to move the downspout and level the stoop and driveway. They were also on time and finished in a few hours. Very happy with the work and the team!

Absolutely amazing transformation of our sunken slabs of sidewalk and steps! Everything has been perfectly leveled and Danila is a master at his craft. Valeri also worked efficiently and carefully through the whole process. We had a very complex section of broken concrete steps, landing and walkway that was a continuous pour up against the side of our garage. They were able to effortlessly level a 3 foot thick landing section of concrete that was 5 feet wide with steps down to an 18 inch thick connected walkway that was also 5 feet wide and 6 feet long. Truly incredible! Also, everyone connected to the company were very professional and very meticulous, from the receptionist to the estimator to the workers and communication was excellent through the whole process. We could not be happier with our results and they are highly, highly recommended!

We had Groundworks come out and fix our crawlspace that would usually have about an inch of water in it after heavy rain. They were professional, friendly, and even gave plenty of pets to our 2 dogs who liked to lay right in their way. Jonathan, Chuck, Ryan, and Henry got to work and finished the project in about 2.5 days. They showed us how everything worked, and went above and beyond with filling holes that mice were getting in. The picture with wire fence (to keep the cats out) is this morning after getting 1.5" of rain overnight. It is as dry as can be! The other photos were taken during the process. Thank you for drying out our crawlspace!!
