The job was way more awesome than I was expecting! The guys that showed up to do the job, Carter, and Joe, who I would rate as a 10 out of 10, were so professional, and very knowledgeable about their job. They were able to fix some of the worst cracks, and upheavals. There was a few that were as large as the Grand Canyon, and they nailed it. I just cant say enough about these two guys, they were so friendly, and respectful. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat, and tell them to send Carter, and Joe!!!! Thank you so much Groundworks for an awesome job! Shout out to Scott, who set it up for us also.

Outstanding service and professionalism. Well thought-out plan, seamless execution, and genuinely nice people. Tom was knowledgeable about the foundation products and developed a solution to a complex problem. Talon and his crew stabilized the perimeter, installed I-beams under the floor joists with 14" of clearance, and left no trace of trauma in the landscape. The results are much better than we expected. Especially for an 80 year old house. Plus a transferable lifetime warranty. 💯 would recommend

I want to give a big thank you to Miles and his crew. He did an exceptional job in my crawl space, by answering all my questions and providing the details I needed to understand the process. He also took time to fix some issues in my basement that was done by a previous crew in 2020 which didn’t do a good job, but Miles came in and fix everything that was needed. Back story; Back in 2020 I hired BQ to do my basement, they didn’t do a good job to be honest. A lot of calling back and trying to get it done. Today I needed some work done on my crawl space. I was thinking a lot because of my bad experience. But with Groundworks in charge. I decided to call again. Josh K. Did our quote explain the work and also said he will take care of my basement as well. He kept his word, I was very untrusted and nervous but he had patience to answer my calls and promised he will come back after our foundation issue recover from the amount of moisture it has suffered to ensure it’s in a good stage. He understand our worries and was able to help us out. He ensure he sent one of his best crew to do to work and I will tell you I am happy for now with the work. We will wait until October for him to come back and review the crawl space with us.

They were careful not to bind my door or damage the porch rails. They explained to me the importance of having the porch positioned so that drainage went away from the house. They provided a seal and cosmetic patch between the house and porch, which was an unexpected service that they provided. I couldn't be more happy with the result! I appreciated the thorough crawl space consultation and inspection provided by Zachariah M this past week. It was almost a 2 hour consultation which I was warned about but for good reason. There is definite value in that consultation time because he went thru the crawl space and took detailed photos which he shared. He also shared a visual layout of the crawl space and did a live sketch drawing of the materials in different ink colors and how it will be laid and layered and numbered them to show how that would be reflected in the itemized cost. He even showed samples of the materials so I can see them in 3D. He gave me options that allowed me to mix and match and see exactly how that would affect the final product and cost estimate. And once we reached my comfortable price point along with his detailed guidance of the process and the work, I felt comfortable and confident in my decision to hire Groundworks for my crawl space project. My decision was based not just on price but how thorough the consultation was with receipts to show for it and so the time spent during the consultation has tremendous value. I look forward to providing a final review of the work by the crews as the next step.

He came to our house three different times to fully answer all of our questions before the work began. The day of the job, Alex, Luis and Kender arrived. They were great to work with as well as kept us informed about the minor changes they needed to make and why. We interviewed two other companies for this structural improvement / repair and are really happy we chose Matvey / Groundworks.

His name is Archie B. and he was on time, he took his time to diagnose the problem that I was having, he showed me a few things I wasn't aware of with my basement drainage system. He was very knowledgeable and I really appreciated that he wanted me to know what was going on. Thank you Archie. Excellent experience, overall! Everyone we spoke to, from the initial estimate to setting up appts, to the installation, they were all absolutely lovely and professional. The crew was communicative, showed up on-time, walked us through their POA for the day, had us take a look at their progress periodically, and even finished earlier than estimated. They were thoughtful of our property and answered all of our questions. (We had a lot 😅) Grateful to have found people that are not afraid of hard work and take pride in the finished product. The warranty, ratings, financing options and cost were big factors in choosing to go through Groundworks, and I’m glad I did! George, Russell, and Kade came out to do the repairs. We hired Groundworks to help us fix a leak caused by surface/groundwater. Howard arrived the same day I called in to request a consultation. He was very patient and explained to my mother and I what needed to be done. When Ryan, Wyatt, and the rest of the team arrived, they were quick to realize that adjustments to the original plan needed to be made and quickly pivoted with a new plan. The crew worked tirelessly digging trenches and laying down pipes underneath the house in a small crawlspace. I appreciate all their hard work! The project was completed in 3 days. Ryan (Foreman) took the time to show us pictures of the work from start to finish and patiently explain the how's and why's of the process. Truly appreciate the entire team!! THANK YOU!! We had a home foundation assessment by Tom as we have some floors that are uneven and slanting in places. We wanted to know how serious the issue is and what would be needed to improve things. Tom inspected our home, took measurements, and then educated us on where things might be problematic in parts of our foundation. He was very professional and helpful and (most importantly) did not try to hard sell us on their services, but instead considered what was best for our current situation. We really appreciated his honest guidance.
