Had my basement water proofed. I had a few quotes and decided on GroundWorks. Price was competitive and they were quick to schedule me in. Job was done in 3 days. Tosin and Francis were friendly and professional and cleaned up before they left. Did I want to spend the money on these kind of repairs? Nope, but they made necessary work less painful!

We have had an awesome experience with Ohio Basement Authority. Iran H, Chris M, and Zach were here on 8/26 to install a pump and drainage under our house. They were very professional and explained everything they had done, and it looks great! Highly recommend them!

Michael explained everything about the job as it progressed. I observed portions of the job and it is very hard work but they handled it safely and professionally! CJ came out and did our free estimate and he was wonderful! He answered all of our questions, gave us great advice, and set us up with a date to get our basement waterproofed. Jose and his team of waterproofers were fantastic! They were very respectful, knowledgeable, and timely! We had nothing but a fabulous experience with everyone at groundworks. James, Kevin and Amad were onsite and explained what they were going to do. James did a walk through with me and explained how they were going to proceed with the work. After all the work was complete James again did a walk through with me and pointed out what was done and cautioned me about not putting nails/screws through the vapor barrier. He also explained the warranty on the pump and to call if anything went wrong with the pump. The crew was very polite and business like the whole time. I am not disappointed with the installation or the cleanup they did. All in all, they were very professional. would have them work on my house again if needed.

Groundworks installed a discharge line for my sump pump outside. These four guys did a fantastic job. Richard S ,Shawn E, Sebastian M , and Moses M. They were very polite young men they answered all my questions I had. They moved Swift and very efficient. They were organized and you could tell they knew exactly what they were doing. Had our crawlspace encapsulated, Ken R came out a couple weeks ago and looked everything over, talked to us with detailed solutions. He kept in touch with us to get everything coordinated. When Ethan V and Marco R arrived to work, that is exactly what they did, they worked extremely hard for 4 days to fully clean and encapsulate our crawlspace as well as change out a few floor joists and girder. They were professional and kept me informed with updates for the entire process. Enjoyed having them around and highly recommend them coming out to your project. The crawlspace looks amazing! And the moldy/musty smell is completely gone! We can tell a huge difference in the floor where the joists were changed too. Patrick came out today and installed our crawlspace door, he was quick and professional and it looks great! Also, Shout out to Nick that did the electrical piece, very clean job and quick turnaround. Overall I highly recommend DryPro, I heard about them on a radio commercial from Mike Rowe. Thanks again everyone in the process!
