As a first time homeowner, understanding was very important to me. When the Team came to do the work, they were AMAZING. Ler Htoo, the foreman, and his Team: Bleh Bleh, Devon, & Eh Wah were wonderful at communicating with me & letting me know timeline & plan. They showed me the work they were doing & explained the what & the why. Also, they cleaned up so well after they were done that my basement looked 10 times better than before they started and you can't even tell they had to dig a hole in my yard for an anchor! I'm a current client of groundworks and living up on the hill brings its problems owning a house Today I had Aaron Zach come to assess the house as they do yearly since having my basement waterproofed. I have to say out of the 3 service technicians that I have had here in the last 3 years he is just absolutely the best! He is down to earth and very efficient!! He goes the extra mile to take care of things that may improve the system like adding a water alert today and helped an old lady , me, replace a battery in the fire alarm without me even ask
