I would highly recommend this company! They are informative and honest. I recently moved into my home that has multiple crawl spaces. I had questions about the integrity and venting. Don, one of the managers, came out and thoroughly inspected the crawl spaces. He gave us great information and didn’t try to sell us something we didn’t need. I would definitely call them back for future help! ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 stars for sure👍

Fsm was really patient with me and very communicative. They got the job done in 2 and 1/2 days and it was a lot of work! There was always communication and I didn't have to lift a finger to do anything. They took care of the permits, the plumber, and the electrician. Everyone was super friendly and my young son who was very interested in all of the work got to take a look and they talked to him about what was going on and what they were doing. They updated me multiple times throughout the process And made sure I was satisfied with all the work. They did a good job of cleaning up afterward as well! They made sure to inform me about the new sump pump, the alarm, and the dehumidifier so that I understood exactly what everything did and how to maintain everything. This was definitely a great investment into my home shout out to Miguel, Richard, Jasmany for all the hard work in the super cold weather!

They explained what they were doing before, during and after their work. They minimized the problems from dust and their cleanup was very thorough. We have been trying for years to finally get the basement room under our porch to stay dry and this is the first time we've actually succeeded, thanks to FSM, particularly Quentin H, Jordan S, Anthony H and Frank who worked on our project. I should probably preface this with the fact that our house is nearly 100 years old and no construction project, from plumbing, to electrical to construction has ever gone smoothly because this place is just full of character and unexpected surprises that screw up everything you are trying to do. The initial install in August went great. The guys were very knowledgeable and efficient. We had started this project because, every time it rained outside, it also rained inside. We had cups, vases, buckets, anything that could hold water placed everywhere collecting all the drops pouring in while futilely running a dehumidifier 24/7. Turns out that wasn't what was farming mold on our walls and the August worked fixed the moisture levels right away, so we've actually been able to breath in there since August, which is great. But the house struck again with its mystery leaks through the porch cap and the indoor rain persisted. But, when I suspect anyone else might have given up, Quentin and his team persisted, returning several times a month, every month since to find and seal the source of the leak, until this week when we finally got it. I'm so pleased and would recommend FSM to anyone trying to get their basement dry. I'd also like to thank our sales guy, Don, who went the extra mile helping us get ready for the project because our basement support structure was completely in the way. Gotta love old houses and their quirks.

Just have to say, in what could be one of the worst situations to find yourself, this process was made so much easier with the help of our awesome inspector Rana! She was beyond helpful, courteous, and went above and beyond to try and make everything work out for us. She was very knowledgeable, patient, and explained everything in great detail. She reviewed all our options and worked tirelessly with us to find the best possible solution. Not once did she ever make us feel that we were putting her out or wasting her time with our endless questions. Rana, you are the best!

These guys are the best in the business! They repaired a leaky poured foundation, installed a battery backup and sump pump and fresh extended sump ejection line all before lunch. ———————————– When I first called FSM to come take a look at my foundation, they told me they were booking appointments 3 months out. I was like "dang that sucks" but I made the appointment and waited. I now realize why these dudes are so busy. They have their entire process including project evaluation, scheduling, permit requirements, inspection requirements, and the actual corrective work done to solve my foundation issue, down to a science. Dale was our first contact with the company. He came out and evaluated the crack I had in the wall and described why it was happening and what he recommended that I do to get it resolved. He was not pushy at all. He offered me less expensive alternatives and then "the right way" to do it and let me make the choice. He helped me schedule the work and took payment all in my kitchen. It was pretty seamless. He set a date that the workers would come out and they hit it. Some time prior to the crew coming out, I received a followup call from FSM confirming that I had the area cleared and the time the crew would be arriving. The morning of the job, everything happened as was described to me. Quentin H. called me the morning of letting me know they were enroute. I had to take my kids to school and said the door was open if they wanted to start bringing things in. Quentin and his crew (Anthony H. and Jordan S.) arrived promptly and got to work even though I wasn't there (thanks guys). I arrived shortly after they did and Quentin walked me through everything that was going to take place. He described the work that was going to be done and he already had the inspector on the way to approve things. He was extremely organized, calm, cool and collected. Before I had arrived, the crew had already laid down tons of tarps and plastic on my carpet in the basement so as not to get anything dirty. After they removed the plastic and tarps at the end of the job, you couldn't even tell they'd been there. Quentin, Anthony, and Jordan worked hard and got the whole job done and cleaned out of the house by about 1pm. If I had tried to do this myself, I'd still be knee deep in busted concrete and my wife would have left me long ago. After everything was wrapped up, Quentin walked me through all of the work once again to show me what was done, how to care for it, and how to operate some of the new equipment that had been installed. He even left me his personal cell phone number if I had any issues. I can't say enough good things about this company and this crew. Basement issues really suck and they are expensive to repair but when you have a company and a crew like this that are extremely well organized, professional, and efficient, it makes the whole thing a lot less sucky and really gives you some peace of mind.

I can’t believe Joe he wouldn’t quit. We couldn’t get approved and he stayed here for hours. Missed his next appointment. He treated us like we were his own family even though he does have the same last name than us. We’ve never met him before he is so awesome. You guys got a true gem of a sales personthat works for you don’t ever let him go.

Dave Pearson, Matt, & Jacy were prompt, friendly, respectful to us and our home, professional, and worked hard all day. They hauled out trash & muck from the crawlspace, leveled it, did mold abatement, installed two new sump pumps, dug new drainage inside and outside, insulated the foundation walls, installed a permanent dehumidifier, and encapsulated the entire crawl space. They cleaned up the mess at the end of each work day without prompt. We enjoyed having this work crew in our home and would request the same crew if further services are needed.
