The salesman, David, was great and was able to get me schedule really quick for the job. It was done in a day and done very professionally. ****** and ***** did an excellent job on my concrete lift repair. My porch and front walk had dropped over 3" and they were able to bring it back up to almost the original position. They were careful not to bind my door or damage the porch rails. They explained to me the importance of having the porch positioned so that drainage went away from the house. They provided a seal and cosmetic patch between the house and porch, which was an unexpected service that they provided. I couldn't be more happy with the result! They were professional, careful and cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Groundworks.

If your building/home is sinking, Groundworks is your solution! My neighbor was getting their building lifted so I decided to get a quote since we are on the same soil. I was very impressed with Cody Wellner who came to give me a quote to just keep 1/4 of my building from sinking any further. He took photos in my crawlspace to show me the cracks that I can't see as well as showed me the cracks on the outside. I asked if I should put support in other parts of my building and he said it isn't needed. Because he didn't try to upsell me which I have felt other companies did try, I felt this company is one I could trust. The whole process was incredibly easy. Groundworks worked with my city to get the permit and once it was approved, scheduled the work quickly. Richard was assigned as the lead for the work. He was fantastic in keeping me posted on what the status and answered any questions I had. His crew (Fili, Frank and Sean) were all efficient, professional and did a great job. So if your building needs support, go with Groundworks!

They we're all very nice the foreman in training Wesly, was very polite and expressed his knowledge very well. The foreman James made his calls on time, kept me informed, did a great job of thanking me for working with them. Very professional crew. More than anything I never heard anything negative from any of them, they appeared to be having fun as they were working heard some laughter from the crawl space which it's not an easy crawl space. It put a smile on my face to see that they enjoyed what they were doing. I would gladly recommend them to any of my neighbors, and if you folks wanted to place a sign in my yard I would much appreciate it. Very pleased. When we got the quote we were told the crew would simply replace the dirt, but not necessarily return it to its original state (ie plants and mulch). Terrance, John, and Ben did nothing of the sort. The finish was like they never dug up anything at all!! They took pictures, were communicative, and very professional! These guys really went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening the entire time. Lastly, they were much quicker than expected. Only took them about 3 hours to get everything done. Their first action was to ensure the work area of the basement would be dust free by enclosing the area with plastic. They were familiar with the bentonite clay soils below and had proper equipment to install new pile foundations and the two columns for support of the upper floor. The team that worked on our house (Rene Renteria, Manuel Garcia and Lu Khin) were very professional and communicative (even our neighbors were loved them). They exceeded our expectations with their work and craftsmanship. We had several piers, beams and wall anchors put in. Rene explained everything going on each day. They worked late to get the job done. They cleaned up. They were awesome!!! Having met with and looked into a couple of other companies, it was an easy decision to go with them – and it paid off. We were given time to consider different options (not every company affords you this time …and with a big project and financial investment, we appreciated that time). They also have the best financing options we could find.

I was dealing with some noticeably bouncy floors around my home, so I reached out to Groundworks. They sent out Dalten, who was incredibly knowledgeable. He inspected the entirety of my crawlspace and took detailed elevations, which revealed significant sagging. He also pointed out that several wood posts were actually buried in the dirt and starting to rot. To fix the issue, he recommended installing IntelliJacks to replace the failing posts and adding a new beam supported by two additional IntelliJacks to stabilize my hallway. I can’t say enough good things about Foreman Roger and his crew, Santos and Juan. They showed up ready to work and efficiently installed everything exactly as outlined in the contract. It’s clear these guys take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Groundworks if you want a team that sticks to their word and refuses to cut corners. My floors feel solid again!

Extremely satisfied with Groundworks and the job they did. Sheldon gave us the best options to fix our wall and floor issues. The finance process was quick and easy and we had start dates before he left. Day 1 Richard, Chase, Brogan and Aaron showed up as scheduled and got straight to work. The crew was very professional and kept us updated on their progress. Our wall issue was fixed like they said it would be. Day 2 different crew Zech and Wesley, but again professional and on time. They let us know what work they were doing and answered a few questions when they were done. Our floor issue was fixed and as a bonus the issue we had with our fireplace was also taken care of. We'll definitely be recommending Groundworks to everyone we know.
