He took detailed measurements across the property, interior and exterior and on both levels of the home. He determined that the repair I made, while not aesthetically pleasing, was adequate and no further repairs were required. He clearly was not trying to sell me something I didn't need. Had cold floors during the winter and wanted this fixed. Michael Berger came out and suggested encapsulating my craw space. Was very professional and answered all emails immediately. The guys who came out to do the work were very polite and professional. Had 2 separate teams come out and both teams where great. The crawlspace deffinently had its obstacles due to a addition being built previously and hard to get to areas. After the job was done lots of pics were takin so I could see the areas that were hard to get to. This was great because it insured me it was done correctly. The encapsulation looks great and worked well. Had a small coldspot still and was immediately contacted by Sean Wheeler to get this addressed . They came out for free to assure that my issue was addressed and that I was satisfied. Now my floors are warm and it's 25°. Don't be scared to go with the bigger company. JES Foundation is an amazing company and I highly recommend them.

I contracted with JES to have my Foundation repaired a Sump Pump and a full basement Dehumidifier installed. The onsite foreman Mr. Jaime Castillo was timely with keeping to the set work schedule JES provided. The work crew, Mr. Noel Larios, Mr. Erik Morales and Mr. Antonio Canales show strong work ethic in preforming their duties. Mr. Castillo explained each step of the job in layman’s terms as they worked. I myself have the habit of asking the same questions repeatedly and the foreman Mr. Castillo would take his time and re-explain the task as they worked. Mr. Canales was also knowledgeable with helping me understand the Sump Pump drainage process.The clean up was excellent paying attention to every detail.
