I am so thankful and grateful for Mike W who serviced my sump pump today. I had a French drain system installed by Groundworks approx. six months ago. The system ran loud and seemed to continually be running. I didn’t recognize that as an issue until it stopped draining water. When Mike checked the system, he found issues with the install that he corrected. My system now runs quieter and has not been constantly on! He explained what his investigation was going to entail and then met with me to give his assessment and next steps to resolve the situation. And thanks to Kirsten for coming out initially and explaining the Groundworks approach. Though not new to the Pacific NW, we had recently located to the far NW corner of WA. The proposed work was finished in record time (and they managed to get us in a week before the scheduled work). This is no small patch but a wholesale addressing of the problem. Groundworks installed push piers to stabilize my home in 2023. What caused me to look into potential issues with the foundation was the development of vertical cracks in the corners of a room in the basement. Prior to the installation, Groundworks took elevation measurements and an external engineering firm came out afterwards to assess the situation with my foundation. The engineering firm's report confirmed the need for stabilization and provided me with two options. I proceeded with one of the options. The installation with Groundworks went smoothly and the installers informed me throughout their multi-day effort. I signed up for a five year service plan and recently had my second annual check-up. James, the service technician for this visit, was very knowledgeable and relayed relevant information to me during the walkthrough and measurement process. He had a trainee with him and it was clear this young man was in good hands. The push piers, based upon the comparison of Ziplevel elevation measurements conducted during the annual check-ups, appear to be doing its job stabilizing my home.

Marek was the inspector that took care of my problem with garage door that moves horizontal. Need to push door sideways. It had become all most impossible for me to side it.even using my body weight. Marek was assigned my work order. He called me to say he would be delayed. Not a problem. Once he was on his way Marek again called to tell me he was 20 minutes away. upon arrival, he assessed the problem, had a plan. Within 2o minutes he solved the problem. I can now side the door one handed.He did a wonderful job. Kept me informed of his arrival, fixed the problem to my satisfaction. Gave me his card if I had any other problems. As a first-time homebuyer, this was my first experience dealing with a foundation issue. Initially, I picked Groundworks for the free foundation inspection but contracted them because of the pricing and the people that did the inspection. I had the pleasure of working with Kristra and Derek for the initial inspection and they were wonderful. Kristra was my primary inspector, with Derek supporting as her manager, and together they made the entire process far less stressful than I expected. After the inspection, we discussed the underlying issues and then came up with a solution that fits my budget. Throughout the discussion, both Krista and Derek were friendly and knowledgeable, which gave me the confidence needed to trust their company to contract them. Before the day the foundation repair was scheduled, the Groundworks team coordinated with utility personnel to have the sewer and water lines properly marked so the foundation crew would not accidentally damage them. This was something I did not expect them to handle, but I was very glad they did. On the day of the foundation work, the team gave me a courtesy morning call to make sure I was ready for their arrival. Tyler and DT worked together to fill voids in my foundation and repair the cracks in my garage. They did everything they promised and more. The pictures below speak for themselves and show the great quality of their work. Tyler and DT were efficient, kept me informed about what they were doing at all times, and were very professional. Overall, the experience left me feeling informed, confident, and supported. I’m grateful for the honesty, transparency, and respect shown throughout the inspection, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Groundworks—especially Kristra and Derek—to anyone needing foundation services.

WOW! What a great company and what an awesome individual that came to my home to explain this whole process to me. Kuddo's to Parker! I had no idea how to go about getting some crawl space work done and actually googled (which I don't like to do!) and Groundworks is what came up. I made an appointment on line and the very next day I knew who my field inspector was going to be. Parker called to confirm, he than called the day of, just to make sure we were still good to go. He was punctual, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable and was so conscientious of me understanding what he was saying. I didn’t have to wonder what was coming up, when they were coming- nothing. No worries. And they left my terrible crawl space looking neat and shipshape. Very pleased. When we got the quote we were told the crew would simply replace the dirt, but not necessarily return it to its original state (ie plants and mulch). Terrance, John, and Ben did nothing of the sort. The finish was like they never dug up anything at all!! They took pictures, were communicative, and very professional! These guys really went above and beyond to make sure I knew what was happening the entire time. Lastly, they were much quicker than expected. Only took them about 3 hours to get everything done. Very, very pleased!!
