Gabriel Amaya and Mauro Soria were professional and a good team. They were on time, worked continuously throughout the day and meticulous when coming and going through the house. They explained their procedures prior to starting and when the job was completed they showed me what they did. This is the second time we have used Groundworks and have been pleased with their work both times.

Groundworks review Aaron Hudson (Foreman) After a very rocky start with the initial crew, who unfortunately mishandled our basement slab raising and argued to the point of a migraine, Aaron and his team was truly a relief. He provided through explanations, demonstrated professionalism throughout., and resolved the issue with care and competence that should have been there from the beginning. The turn around time was extremely fast and agreeable. Worth working with this company.

We cannot say enough good things about Cody Wellner from Groundworks. I have never received such kindness, good communication, and marvelous customer service from a construction company. Cody came out and explained everything to us and very patiently answered all our questions. A crew came out and did the work. They were very kind and considerate. They did a great job laying plastic and respecting the rest of the house. We did have a couple of issues with the work done. There was some damage to a window sill and they cut some carpet that they should have just rolled back. Luckily for us, it was Cody Wellner to the rescue again. He took the time and effort to come out and rebuild the landing to the stairs, fix the window sill, and relay the cut carpet to make the area useable until we get it fixed correctly. Groundworks is going to reimburse us for the carpet damage. This is an amazing company with a marvelous staff! I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them again.

The guys who worked on our driveway and steps were Andre’s Martinez and CJ Cleveland. Both worked well together finishing the project quickly. Immediate results were noticed with driveway slabs and steps being lifted back to their original position. The finished project looks good and with the 5 year warranty will see if it remains in place. Clean up was great and overall a really good job. My only comment would be to obtain gray sand for the caulk instead of tan. I think it would be a more normal and pleasing look.
