First and foremost, I have had quite a few contractors come to my house to complete various repairs for me in the last few years. I've had contractors of all sorts come here, and leave my home in all states of repair and disrepair, with varying degrees of respect and disrespect. I have to say, with the exception of my roofer from another company, the foreman and contractors Groundworks sent for were of the absolute highest caliber I have seen since becoming a homeowner. Michael, the foreman, was always clear, concise and professional, constantly giving updates, taking reasonable requests and answering all my questions with the highest level of consideration. The four men on his team, Victor, Tyrell, DT and Chris, were all extremely courteous, hard workers, and all five gentlemen handled my home repair with a level of care, cleanliness and respect I have only had the pleasure of witnessing once before. Michael, Victor, Tyrell, DT and Chris, you all did an excellent job, and we really appreciate the effort and communication put forth by your team and by Groundworks itself. Truly, thank you, for communicating about and caring for my home as if it were your own. Excellent job gentlemen, may you all receive a raise!

My boyfriend recently inherited a house, and not long after beginning renovations, we discovered that the foundation had significant damage. Several of our support pillars were failing, and the concrete pedestals underneath them were damaged as well. Because of the severity of the issues, Groundworks was able to get us on their schedule as quickly as possible, which we really appreciated. Travis D., Josh L., Downey W., and Raymond P. made what could have been an incredibly stressful experience as painless as possible. They worked in our crawlspace despite its difficult condition and tackled a very challenging repair. They replaced our damaged supports with new metal support posts and made sure everything was done properly. The crew was professional, hardworking, and respectful throughout the entire process. We’re grateful for their work and would definitely recommend Groundworks to anyone dealing with foundation issues.

Patrick Holt was professional and thorough in his estimate. He went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and was available any time I had a question. Chelsea worked her magic and got my project scheduled quickly to meet my tight timeline. Tyler M. and Nick did a fantastic job executing the project.
