Tobias came out for my annual maintenance. He was friendly, very thorough and detailed in checking out my system, checking for any cracks in the house that would indicate shifting and sat down and reviewed everything that he did and found. He made some recommendations for preventive things that could be done. Overall, he did a great job! My cats even liked him! Thanks Tobias!

I had a sump pump failure, which involved a lot of reconstruction after the fact. Groundworks did a great job waterproofing the (finished) basement, and it has a 100% warranty for the life of the building, which is transferable.

ABOVE AND BEYOND! Rick always called at the beginning of the day to let me know their arrival time. Before they begin work each day Rick tells me what they plan to accomplish that day. Because I work from home the team has been so thoughtful and minimized interruptions, foot traffic (by getting in/out through basement window), and especially noise. Where they went above and beyond were two instances; 1) when they cleaned out one gutter drain seeing all the water that was coming into the basement from it being clogged. This was so they can do a cleaner job in that area of the house. Rick also recommended I hire a gutter company to do a more thorough cleaning and maintenance. And 2) when Rick looked into the sump pump after I asked him to, which I know is not in their scope. He confirmed the noise is normal and the pump is working properly. He even asked Victor to tape up the pipes coming out of the ground to provide some stabilization and hopefully reduce the noise. Rick and his crew are a professional, respectful, efficient crew. They do a very thorough and excellent work! I know I made the right decision going with Groundworks having worked with Rick and his crew!

It is very challenging to learn that your home's foundation is unsteady. It is then very comforting to be assisted by caring, knowledgeable, and helpful individuals. This has been my experience with Groundworks Colorado Springs. Our home has needed multiple piers and costly services to correct prior owner neglect and subpar soil in Highlands Ranch. The team of Matthew Kirby, Brian Fitzgerald, Blake Lair, Michael Erickson, and Tyler Myers have helped us immensely! They have guided us compassionately through difficult financial choices when we faced undesirable circumstances and brought successful resolution. Brian and Tobias were terrific. They were very knowledgeable and were able to explain in detail what they had done. The house was thoroughly inspected. I was also able to get an estimate on driveway repair. The guys were easy to talk to and they even sprayed a wasp nest for me by the front door. I highly recommend these two gentlemen and groundwork.

I can’t say enough good things about the service we received from Luis, Ryan and Luis Jr. Luis made sure to explain everything as the work was being done. He was so thoughtful to be careful of the larger tree roots when digging and even repaired my fence to better quality than he found it.
