From the initial visit by Adam who inspected my entire 100 year old house and laid out a plan of action, to the crew who came out to take care of the situation I was 100% satisfied with this company! Communication and explanation from everyone involved was thorough and easily understood throughout the inspection to the completion of the job. Mark, Kevin and Marcos were all so friendly and respectful on every level. Many thanks to Irving for coming over to lend his expertise and also to Bill for coming out with added support during the work. “BONUS” (? lol): While digging along one side of the basement wall, Irving discovered a sink hole surrounding the old clay clean-out piping. That connection down to the sewer line was no longer properly attached all the way which allowed a slow leak for who knows how long. That was definitely to my advantage so that I could get that repair completed while the dig out was still open. I also appreciated a completion visit from Matthew. What a great team!!! Donna

These 3 men did the most outstanding job!!! Harold Ward, Frank Lopez, & Elmo Orozoco worked a solid two days, took NO BREAKS except a short lunch both days! I'm old school, grew up in the 40s & 50s, when you did see hard work done! Was told, they would have to take out sm tree, & probably 2-3 bushes! Took out one bush, and returned it to its original spot!! Don't know what you pay them, none of my business, but when I had employees that worked like that, I made damn sure they were Happy!!!

We are very pleased with the groundworks team. Kevin explained our needed repairs well during the inspection. They bumped up our repair date. Rama k, Tyler k, louis v, Damien r and Caleb m were amazing. We needed a lot of repair but the team worked very hard and this is a needed adjustment for our home that will allow us to enjoy it for yrs to come without worry. The warranty and future inspections will be a peace of mind for us as well. Thank you all so much!!!

Dez, Julien and Tony did a good job, very polite and respectful. I was not able to inspect the work due to an injury but was able to see the levels as they jacked up the floor joists, and they did get the floors level and close up some of the gaps. It was a pleasure to do business with Groundworks, the entire process was spelled out and it went down that way. Kudos again to Benjamin the salesman and to Dez and his crew👍👍👍
